I always like to leave these spoilers things even if the thing in question has been out for years, lol.

Now that you've seen it this little thought of mine... I know why they didn't go that route since the sprites are set in stone, but it would've been cool to me if they did. I mean, we don't even get to see Shadow Nia at all in Book 3 anyway.

My sister's been begging me to read through Choices' "Blades of Light and Shadow". Finally caved. Now, my elfy boi and his crew are my current obsessions.

Fun fact: I was gonna make Castian's age be 25. But then I remembered that in this universe, elves reach maturity at age 50. So, I just decided to just add 30 years to him and called it good lol.

I realized that as I last drew Erik Blackstone, he looked too similar to Farkas (makes sense since I DID base Erik's design on him). But I plan to make him a little more recognizable, so I drew different bangs to see which ones I like to make him more unique.
