Pain

How many kicks to gut does one take before saying enough is enough. Is the pain worth it? I'm not sure anymore, I'm always there for my friends and family, but is it worth all this, I'm the kind of person who carries things sometime for years. I reruns everything over and over, I question everything, what if I did this or that. The what ifs are the killers, because of this I suffer from migraines and I get sick. I wish I knew what to do, I wish I had the answers. I know we all have pain and we all have our own demons. We just have to be willing to listen to the pain hiding behind the smile and be there for each other.
