spot on tags, but re the Lila thing, my half-baked theory is that he made art that somehow relates to him and Ritu cause underneath it says Juno, which is one of his sister’s nicknames for him that she’s used on instagram.

I also posted the video to twitter and now they are all convinced it’s David spoiling something about Lila nd Diego’s kid and that her name will be Juno.

It’s probably neither of those and someone just gave him a frame from a quirky crafts shop and he’s not taken out the placeholder picture or something
