I usually cry in my bathroom when I am overwhelmed and no one knows that I cry No one I cry silently In the rare times that no one is home and I feel like crying, I can scream freely Last week my family along with me went on a trip There were 2 points of time,when I was scared Both were quite scary, don't judge me. I would have tried to hold it in and maybe cried in the bathroom. But I wasn't able to. So, I cried in front of them I was hoping they would comfort me, tell me there was no need to be scared. Or anything a person would do because I was quite shaken up But no!My father kept screaming at me, calling me an idiot, more or less And when we got home, my parents told my relatives about how much of a scaredy cat I am. And obviously they all had a happy time laughing And now I cried Looks like me trying to tell my parents I am hurting isn't working

Anxiety and frustration are 2 of the negative emotions i feel frequently. Anxious about the future and frustrated over the past.

This means I am not aware of the present. I spend time in my head going over the past or predicting the future that I forget to live in the present.

I regret something I did in the past which I would love to go back and change. I need to learn to let go of it. I don't know what will happen in the future. I am worried I will fail. Especially as I am in the last years of school, I am looking into colleges. Which college in which country. What course to take. I need to learn to take action.

Just Me Chapter 6

This was written sometime in October-November of 2021. It was in my drafts. A lot of time has passed since and I have moved past that phase. But there is no doubt that I will feel like this again sometime, because that is just life. Ups and downs.

Today was a really bad day, compared to the entire year (as far as I can remember). For most part of the year, I have tried to remain happy and joyful. This didn't mean that I didn't feel sad, but I just got over it faster.

This just shows that I am human. And that I can have both good and bad days.

One song I have been listening to on repeat is Everything sucks by Vaultboy. I also love the ft.Eric Nam version of this song. It is a song which talks about how one is going through a bad day \.It tells that tomorrow will be a better day. It is a very uplifting song and serves as a reminder to the me who is going through a sad day.

I also love listening to loud music on such these days to make me feel better when I know it is useless crying.

It is good to release it, though. I don't dwell it on for too long, maybe 5-10 minutes. I cry for that amount of time, take a deep breath and that usually works for me.
