This is for all the "patients" who are regularly disappeared into the psyche ward, often by police and ambulance enforcement bordering on the ways of gustapo. No one questions it if you are handcuffed and wheeled away in an ambulance.
In the ward, no one ever listens to the inpatients because who would believe the words of those genuinely mentally ill dispersed among us?
That's how they get you darling. So that from a visitor's point of view, be him a human technician sent from higher brass, or she who is in charge of higher company finance, will walk in and literally think, "Looks normal to me! Just another day how I like it, concerning NOT me."
The police vehicles and ambulances come periodically during winter into spring – to take away those in the neighbourhood who reads as "dangerous" or "suicidal" – silently because they know what they are doing is blasphemous unto actions. They visit quite often now, with demands and loitering.
Who is funding the top brass? Who is really in control here?
