I love Holly J and I barely knew her. See I loved her cause I loved the show Naturally Sadie, which her actor starred in. but in Degrassi I actually barely saw her episodes at all... When I first watched Degrassi Next Generation (as a tween) I skipped seasons 7 - 9 to avoid all the college episodes. And you may know, that's most of her episodes.

When I rewatched Degrassi I gave those seasons a shot... then skipped them again. I reeeeally didnt like the college part, expecially following Paige, Marco and Ellie.

Now its 2026 and im a year from 30. Ive finally watched the college seasons and all of Holly J's parts.

And i gotta say, I love Holly J all the more. Fun character

P.S those college parts are still boring af and Ellie becomes so aggravating to watch aaaaugh

Can we bring back the term Mary sue and Gary Stu (And maybe a 3rd new one ;3) to combat all the new bland ass protagonists coming out from Disney's productions? Where's all the talk about how flaws are NEEDED for characters, not even a good addition. They're essential.

And the flaw can't be other people misunderstanding them!
