Okay, Iām feeling up for it. So Iām going to just answer some inbox asks here on this post. Mostly just so I can get them all out of the way in a single post and not spam the dash!Ā Iām going to basically just summarize some of the ask questions below as well to keep it short and sweet. Plus answer the most common questions I get asked or thatās in my inbox right now.
So basically this is sort of a FAQ because Iāve gotten these questions quite a few times.
Iāll put some of these questions / answers under a readmore if it starts getting a bit too long. And forgive any mistakes or bad typing Iām on an hour of sleep and been very busy today!

personally i like TLTS Lola more... if thatās not too obvious lol given the contents of this blog.Ā
but i also think both versions of her are good. and i definitely love seeing people have a version they relate to or feel happiness seeing. i just like tlts lola more because i never really got into SJ as a kid? i never was a fan of the sports movies and though i loved looney tunes i never really found the movie to hold my attention for long?? but thatās just my opinion and i definitely did watch it as a kid ( mostly because my elementary school played it and secret of nimh on loop ) and do understand why itās fun / enjoyable to others! iāve just never liked sports movies much and even as a kid had a hard time really sitting still for it or watching it for long lmao. definitely not from lola or the movie. it was just me as a kid and even now not being that interested in sports movies.
but i love seeing my friends and everyone else gush over the movie and that version of lola! itās so neat to hear about how that movie is a big part of their childhoods and how nostalgic it makes others! iām at least gonna try to watch the new movie coming out! though i may not be able to for a bit after so iāll likely block spoilers or the tag for at least a bit until iām able to finally watch it.Ā
basically both are good and i think they both have neat things about them! just because i like one version more doesnāt mean the other is bad!

most likely not. but also i never watched loonatics. i donāt know much about it but i definitely have met friends / fans of it who are really into it and i support their love for this show. maybe someday iāll actually watch it lmao! even if i donāt like it iāll still gladly stand by and let you enjoy it!! and hey if you wanna tell me about it or even tell me what you like about it go ahead! iāve never seen it so i canāt really comment on it until i actually watch it someday, haha.
as for tiny toons? i might someday post clips from it. but i havenāt watched it since i was a kid actually! maybe iāll try and watch a few episodes to become reacquainted with it.

ok....Ā i get the first one a lot i guess because people assume thereās not many honey bunny fans except a select few older ones that were around.Ā
no, i do not run that site. i am not associated with whoever ran it / whatever other sites and more they ran. iāve seen the site. but i do not run it and do not know who does. in fact despite me being a looney tunes fan iāve never really posted about it in all my years online.Ā this tumblr is my biggest contribution to the looney tunes fandom and the most iāve really done things with it!
i do have a minor small honey bunnyĀ āside-blogā that i plan to use to catalogue her merchandise for a future collection i plan on having with my girlfriend. but i donāt really post on it and most of my honey content is just posted here.
i post about honey because iāve known about her since i was a little girl. iām going to be thirty this october, lmao, but i come from a family that loved looney tunes dating back to my grandpa being a little boy. i got introduced to a lot of classic characters and even obscure / older ones from my dad and grandpa. they both loved the looney tunes cartoons, the old mickey mouse shorts also, and weād always watch them together.Ā
my grandpa sadly passed in 2012 but i have fond memories of him giving me looney tunes trivia or us all on the floor watching cartoons together or him doing impersonations of the characters. my grandpa was an avid fan of animation and would talk fondly about the looney tunes and their characters. even ones that werenāt around often or were never animated much / in merchandising.
honey is just an obscure / forgotten character i happen to enjoy because she was a normal part of my childhood introduced by my family to me. plus my girlfriend also enjoys her and a few of my friends do as well. i post honey stuff to share it with them and also just because i like her as a character. sheās become a little comfort character to me. an obscure / retired / forgotten bunny that i have fond memories of my grandpa and dad introducing me to. my grandpa being gone just makes her more fond to me and sadly my dad and i donāt talk as much as we use to as iāve gotten older and weāve drifted apart. but when we do talk we often joke about looney tunes stuff!
however,Ā iāve noticed an influx of new honey stuff lately by fans and more people drawing her in recent years and thatās pretty neat! i love seeing people having a positive experience discovering her and not listening to the more negative side of the fanbase that tends to be really loud and sort of ruins peoples first perception of her character. it makes me happy to see new art of her drawn by fans and see people actually liking her and not being ashamed! i definitely encourage it and love the positive honey vibes!Ā
== > do you want honey to return?
ehhhh, thatās a big iffy question for me.
the part of me that loves honey would love to see her reimagined, redesigned, and given a voice that wasnāt just on stage shows in great america and more. ( though she did have a voice in an ad in japan which was a fun tidbit ).Ā
but iāll be honest.... i donāt want her to return either? wb needs to just get better at writing the few and far between female 'tunesā they have now and learning to actually utilize them more cause they can indeed be funny and iād love to see more animated shenanigans with them. if they ever brought back honey iād rather them do it after they gave other tunes more chances to shine. iād love to see melissa back someday, more petunia animated stuff, more lola stuff, more granny, more of them having their own things going on, etc.
but again: if she returned even for a cameo? iād be happy.Ā
and if she doesnāt ever come back? well, thatās fine also! itād be neat to see her modernized and updated with a new modern look. but also her character is retired and i feel okay with that also. personally whatever happens happens. i still like her and thatās not gonna change no matter how long sheās been left unused. and thatās okay!! whether she returns or not sheāll always have a fond place in my heart thanks to my family and my enjoyment of her character,
== > after bugs who are your favorite characters?
excluding tlts lola, plus obscure characters like honey and i guess melissa ( is she obscure? sheās not really around much anymore lmao ), this is just be listing out my favoriteĀ āclassicā looney tunes. nothing really modern!
top 3 after bugs? daffy, wile e, and elmer are all good because i love their dynamics with bugs and the way their dynamic makes me crack up even now! i also love cecil because of the way he can get bugs so frustrated and produces some of the best bugs expressions in my opinion. but honestly i like a lot of them? itās just these are my top ones.

BAFFY!!!Ā also i love when i just get random little BAFFY!!! or other random character names in my inbox. I get so many of those and itās hilarious. It reminds me of someone pointing excitedly as they shout out their interest.

listen... i can barely handle this one. iām a mess. and this one doesnāt even have a theme itās just dash-view because that requires me getting off my ass to set up a nice theme page / tag list / more. i plan on someday moving this blog from dash-only to a proper page with a theme and taf-list but that time will be... in the future. hopefully.
and no i donāt run any websites and i never have run one.

... there are way too many to list. how can i pick just one? bugs on spargle holding a marker like a weapon to scribble on porky who is shrieking about it being PERMANANT? bugsā inability to put a shelf up because he won a noble prize and doesnāt need any help? bugs & daffy in jail and on the run? daffy wanting his yacht, getting it, and a naked porky running at him as bugs sits on the steps eating shrimp while watching them fight? listen thereās too many. i love them all. ( the songs can scare me though and me and my gf have a hidden joke where elmers gwilled cheese song kills us both... and so she sent me a mug Ā she had customized with elmer eating a gwilled cheese sandwich ).

i donāt have a set schedule so i just post clips / images / more whenever. sometimes iāll post multiples in a day! sometimes maybe one a week or one every two weeks! this blog is just for fun and a nice little space for me. i wasnāt expecting it to gain as much attention as it did but i really am thankful and glad to see so many of you here!!!

i have a twitter thatās my personal / private that i donāt want anyone but close friends on.Ā
...but i have considered maybe making a twitter attached to this blog?? so i can interact more with others and post on twitter since i use it more often. but i havenāt made it yet and itās still up in the air on if i ever will.

and aside from that i have a rp blog up here but itās very low activity.
but i do have a personal account i made a few days ago thatās still heavily under construction. iāll probably post that link somewhere once that blog is set up after i finish my carrd there. iād link it but i need to finish that so people can know what to expect on my personal.Ā

sure, just donāt expect it to happen fast. again: iām slow and while i do my best to check here often sometimes your ask can be sitting awhile.Ā i apologize in advance for that. but i try to post clips from episodes people request or scenes they say they loved. even commercials, old music, merch, and more. it just takes a bit because i donāt check much. i see quite a fewĀ ārequestsāĀ in my inbox dating back two months! whoops. iāll try and get on those soon as well.Ā and again i made this as a fun little blog for myself and wasnāt expecting to get as much traction as it did!
