doctor will fix me they'll do a scan and find a terrible darkness seated in my stomach and be like "oh my god we're so sorry we were supposed to remove this at birth like everyone else, i don't know how this was missed, we're so sorry you've been living like this your whole life" and it'll fix my brain too and all clouds will part

this is what I imagined when I read this (I know youāre referencing my pfp lmao)
also, wow, an anon! donāt get many of yāall in these parts, thanks for stopping by
If you have Spotify reblog this and tag what your number one song on your āon repeatā playlist is.
itās quiet, here. lonely, sometimes. a fleeting chance that someone from my analogue world will swing by, or even one of my digital comrades. those chances, scant, even, it feels. but I do like it, I suppose. itās always felt safer here. less layers of protection built up around me. some⦠but, less. I do feel alone, though. I know I am not, but it seems that I have machinated against myself in such a way to feel as if I were.
this is an indulgence. it seems that perhaps I am not doing the work. perhaps. or I have placed myself in a disadvantageous position for doing work.
I hope someone reads this. we are all nothing without each other, really. I love you, who reads this. conceptualize my words and give them new life, would you?
how does one respond to a crisis of the spirit? every natural instinct demands demerits with every falter, error, existential terror. do all people feel the weight of being the burden bearer? I thought I could ease the pain as an experience sharer, heart on my sleeve wearer. I felt occasionally lightened cosplaying as an unaffiliated cleric, but presently I feel beholden, and have since awakening, and will until this reality fades. itās all too much, at the moment. it isnāt always, but Iāve let my strength waver. Iāve let my strength waver.
the answers we seek are plainly available to those who search, albeit grotesque and often unpleasant. I must not let my strength waver. I must not let my strength waver. I mustnāt go and let my strength waver.
me trying to convince myself that the whole spectrum of human emotions is a good and necessary thing to feel even if its not comfortable while im actively experiencing emotions that make me feel like my bones are being dissolved in acid
all big things are made of small things
this revealed itself to me in a way that I could articulate sometime between the ages of 23-26, I believe. each mantra is a simple truth, a soundless forest lakeside in the eye of a storm. a reflection, a mirror. a reminder of the building blocks of our shared reality.
it revealed itself to me in everything. first, in trivialities - the minutiae of building a lego set, the gratification of watching a piece you had mindlessly placed earlier in the build connect to an additional module, thereby transforming its purpose and your understanding of it.
later, it was revealed in our history. centuries of human records, experiences, knowledge. the agonizingly slow pace of erosion. the growth of the most gargantuan trees known to man. it is a deceptively important process, the culmination of time and effort the likes of which a single human may be unable to quantify and therefore properly appreciate. the research and records themselves, a testament to small actions that produce a larger result.
and later again, and most impactfully, it revealed itself to me in people. myself, others. friends, strangers in passing. their love, passion, habits, routines. all of these, the result of innumerable thoughts, feelings, experiences, joys, heartbreaks, traumas, bonds, trials, and tribulations. and all of those things, dictated by the people who came before, and taught, shared, stole, or broke, and those forefathers' painfully and incomprehensibly unique lives, and on, and on, and on. a perpetual rhythm of trial and error. truly, everything we have presently is built on the backs of every human being that came before, no?
life does not seem very black and white to me, ergo my mantras are not infallible, nor are they meant to answer questions. it is a framework that I am building for joy. it will take time. all big things are made of small things. I am eternally grateful for the small things.
i love you USPS I love you NASA i love you taxpayer funded services that actually contribute positively to society i love you libraries i love you public transport
scrubbed the bathroom floor this morning. this sense of virtue and industry will last me easily into next week.
some of you would thrive in a monastery
I feel compelled to offer solace. water to ease down the tough pill one canāt swallow. to be a bystander feels dishonest, hollow, drives me to to wallow in sorrow. Iām not sure who to follow. process of elimination says I progress obstinately and create my own destination, sans ego inflation, thatās a given.
I wield the record, therefore I spin it. I field my time, wherefore I gift it. I yield my life, ergo itās gifted.
times of turmoil, lately. persevere. I love you.
