We went out with our host family on a trip to look for seals near a small spit of an island about an hour's boat ride away through the Baltic swell. When we got to the lee of the island, the woman leading the trip brought out an iPod speaker dock and started playing Estonian folk music at full volume. After ten or fifteen minutes, this song came on and we spotted seals poking their heads out of the water, staring at us in confusion as flocks of gulls and cormorants circled overhead. After half an hour the seals departed, gorging themselves on the herring and whitefish in the shallow waters near the shore.

It took us a lot of guesswork and clever Googling to find this song, and the refrain has been echoing in our heads ever since.
