i cant believe how amazingly kindhearted amber rose is like kim’s sisters openly slut shamed her with no apologies, kanye west slut shames her every chance he get but this woman is welcoming them with open arms and essentially offerring to educate them on feminism and sexism like the patience and kindness this woman has is out of this world honestly she is such a great role model

Messed up so bad... Weight 128.5 (kinda saw this coming) Lost in total : 0.6 1423//900 So... That's bad. I'm still deciding what I want to do... I can't try and burn those off or I can just lower tomorrow's... I had an unexpected two brownies and ice cream..

I think the big weight change is from me not binge eating for once..
Today I went over 872/800 but I will go workout and burn it off!!
Boys lie so damn much. They can say “good morning” to me & I have to check to see if the sun is out.
129.1 SW Day 1 - 900 cals Breakfast: two eggs with cheese, ham (Mushrooms, broccoli) Coffee creamer [260] Lunch: salad with chicken, dressing, craisins, (corn) [307] Dinner: salad with chicken, cheese, dressing (mixed veggies), warhead [332] Fruit: (three baby bananas, two apples) Total : 899 So embarrassed to be at this weight. The goal is to get down to 115 which is where I was until about these past two weeks, which was just binge eating basically every night.

Healthy Skinny Girl Diet
So tomorrow I am starting the 21 day healthy skinny girl diet! I am currently at 129.1 this morning and am going to try and do okay eating today, then pictures tomorrow and real starting weight etc. I want to do this and then go onto the real skinny girl diet. I am trying to decide whether or not I will count fruits and veggies.
