hehe, I guess I hadn't got that far ahead... I mean, I just feel so cooped up in this camp. I want to run and be free. We could go see what there is to do around here. I mean, like, only if you want. Oh, I'm Bianca by the way. Oops, I'm babbling again. I always do that with new people. Shutting myself up now.

Hm, most people don’t appreciate being exploded on I’ve noticed. A run is a good idea. Or I think the camp has a sort of training obstacle course a short walk away if you’d like to try that.Â
hehe, yes, you are probably right about that one. Obstacle course, you say? Well, that sounds right up my street.Â
You know what we do when we run out of beer?

"Hello Bianca. It’s lovely to meet you as well." Duchess silently cleared her throat and scolded herself for not speaking louder and clearer. That was mum’s first lesson. Always speak clearly. Make them hear you. Be firm. The tactic worked much better on foreign diplomats and those who expected her to be a small, naive child. Her stubbornness would take over, and then she shined. People her own age didn’t expect anything from her. It was weird.
"Sure, I’d love to. I don’t think I’ve actually had a proper tour of this great big camp. Maybe we’ll find some sort of secret section, or something." Duchess silently sighed in relief, happy the whole talking to a complete stranger thing worked out. "I’ve always thought nature was beautiful, but I must say I can’t stand living in the woods like this." She laughed a bit and eyed Bianca. "Does that make me a hypocrite?"
Bianca laughed sympathetically at Duchess's complaint about living in the woods. Although she was a natural travel, she also appreciated comfort and luxury, and was not much of an outdoorsy person. "Absolutely not!" Bianca reassured her new friend, "I love travelling but camping is really not up my street. I'd rather stay in a lovely hotel with all the comforts of home. I think I'm a girly girl at heart."Â
Bianca shielded the sun from her eyes as she looked around the camp. "I've not had much of a chance to explore this place yet either. I wonder if there are any hidden gems. I've always loved finding undiscovered places", she agreed with Duchess, brushing her golden hair with her hands and flipping it onto her back to reveal a lightly tanned and freckled shoulder covered slightly by a basic white tank top.Â
"So, what direction shall we go first?" Bianca asked, grinning at her new friend.

Oh my, that's adorable. I feel bad for you. My skin tans really easily, so I'm quite lucky. I've always been secretly jealous of people with red hair though. It's just so bright and fun looking.

Oh Gosh, you're right. I guess I had a couple too many coffees in the campus coffee shop. I'm great. I had been feeling a little mopey but I've been totally cheered up by the sunshine and all the lovely people at this University. [grins]

Hadn't really gotten that far yet. I always let all of this restless energy build up and then I end up exploding on someone or something. Maybe I should go for a run or something. Any suggestions?
