Introductory Statement

Greetings. The name's Keigo Kurusu. Chief Inspector of the Sakurami City Police Department. Despite my busy schedule, the higher-ups and my subordinates convinced me to create this blog as a means to educate matters regarding criminal investigation and to show "commonality with the public and the police force". (Whatever that last part meant.) Anyway, feel free to ask matters regarding law enforcement. Or don't. I've been warned that this website can be quite chaotic. Heh, with the life I'm living so far, chaos is slowly becoming normalcy...

Oh, right! Additionally, tags will be added to certain posts for improved cataloging in the archive. Here is a legend for the tags:

A Little Explanation

((Hey, mutuals... Sorry for the disappearance. I had important errands to attend to as well as preparing for a super typhoon that was heading for our country.))

((Thankfully, all the errands are over and the typhoon did not make landfall in our country and is merely coasting by the ocean and giving us winds and slight rainfall. Now, I can finally get back to the swing of things and finally finish an artwork meant for last month! I'll give you all a little teaser so that you all have an idea for what I have in mind:))

((Glad you like the concept of Naoko in a white skirt! I wanted to keep a minimal color palette for them. At first, I thought of red for the skirt, but that was mainly used for the nose and mouth; so I decided to just leave the skirt white as it complements the gray of the jacket. Also, I have no clue what a bouquet of marmalade is and I assume it's something like the latter so I think Keigo would like it too.))

Sorry for- Actually, no, you were very stupid during the hospital siege. Your actions and lack of proper preparation nearly caused your family's death as well as costing you an easy win had you worn a new bulletproof vest. You messed up badly not only as a chief inspector, but as a father as well. I honestly should yell at you more for your incompetence, but... you did spark my love for older fictional men so I can't really hate on you as much as I should. Throwback Thursday 2: Electric Boogaloo

((Hmm... Despite my absence, my mutuals still accepted my return, but I still feel that my drawing of Karyuudo is inadequate as recompense...))

((I know! I'll do another Throwback Thursday! Yay! First off, we have:))

((My first ever Tsubaki drawing! I tried an angular style. Not bad to be honest, I might do it again sometime. Also, I added a little swirl in her eye because she spiraled out of existence when her diary broke and I think it would be a cute little detail to have. Moving on, we have:))

((Oof, my photography skills have come a long way... Anyway, similar to my first iteration, but now in full body! The final piece for today is:))

((A very simple depiction of Tsubaki. Truth be told, this was very much a quick sketch to see how little I can add but making sure that you can still tell that it's supposed to be Tsubaki.))
