The world was coming to ruin, and it was set that Sobeck and her team were to create Zero Dawn and allow it to come to fruition once humanity was no longer around. But Elisabet wasn’t the only one at work, and the new mechanical beings are far less than that of the animal-like beasts that reside in the wilds. They’re smarter, stronger, and they look…human.

Born of the Old World and lost in the New, Arroe has to learn how to survive in the new age of humanity - one that she can no longer recognize as her own. Thankfully, a feisty little Nora brave and her companions might be of some assistance.

In the odd circumstance of which the Gaia Gang (+Arroe) can get in contact with Kia’s neck of the woods, Arroe would likely hijack the technology that the Sons of Prometheus used to override machines and dissect it to its basic programming level, just so she can send it over the big pond and help them with massive machine overrides.

- “Modern” medicine. Antibiotics, vaccines, etc.

- Baby formula.

- Indoor plumbing.

I was Listening to music and playing HZD and then something hit me, Something sad. All of history was destroyed, Little to nothing was saved. Thanks to Faro. These people in the world will never know what we know. Everything is gone and it's not coming back.

They will never know the struggle for the land they live on, They will never know George Washington, The revolution, The civil war. They'll never know that humans have already been through the stage of civilization they're at, Hell they'll never know how old humans really are. They'll never know of Religion (As we know it), They'll never know of the heroes that saved the human species.

Let alone they'll never hear our music, Read our literature, Watch our media. if they were too it'd be hundreds of years of context to explain. They will never know the likes of Bach, Mozart. They won't know Shakespeare, Macbeth, Beuwolf. Literature we spent years holding precious. Gone. Music we hold dear. Gone. Places. Historical landmarks. Records. Gone. Nothing left

Yes, nothing was left. Our history and our culture is gone. It breaks my heart as well, but ...

The Banuk tell stories of Banukai and her werack and how she communed with the Blue Light to guide her people to safety. They paint images on stones to call to the machines, to the tribe, for greater purpose.

The Nora tell how the Old One forsook All-Mother and became corrupted by the Metal Devils and built cities of metal instead of being kind and gentle to nature and honoring one's mother.

The Carja worship the sun. Have built an entire culture around it. With a rich mythology. The divinity of their kings stems from this religious belief. They have mastered fabric arts to create fine silks, a rich social hierarchy that echoes ancient Babylon.

The Utaru sing! They learned music from the dishes. They sing for birth and for death and everything in between. They worship the land and the ceratopsian land-gods and honor the harvest. Planting seeds to remember their dead.

The Tenakth are a proud warrior people. Building their culture upon archival footage of a military unit. They have adapted military life into an entire culture.

The Oseram tinker and build and drink and forge and understand metal and machine in ways the other tribes don't, due to their endless curiosity and stubbornness. They see a problem and know they can build something to fix it.

The Quen have the knowledge of the ancestors. Skewed it may have been, but they learned and they continue to seek knowledge to better themselves (though not always in fairness).

Yes our history and culture may be gone, but the cultures of the tribes has risen to take it's place. It's just a rich and wonderful as ours. With stories they hold onto just as fiercely as we do. But they are human all the same. And people will always be people.
