sorry, i was just having the funniest conversation with my friend about if the matron became mortal and got raised by her champion again, like if vax returned and then raised her like purvan, and it gave me truly the funniest mental image of a vaxleth happy ending only keyleth now has to raise the goddess she loathed, like we've been laughing about this for ten minutes straight

like, listen. keyleth has to raise the matron as her daughter. within her lifetime, the matron will grown up, live, and die to become the matron again (who knows what's going to happen to vax, don't ask). centuries and centuries later, when keyleth finally dies, she returns to the arms of her daughter who is the matron, who is the goddess she hated and someone she might have grown to love, and they are both each other's mothers and both each other's daughters, in a way. as a concept, there is Juice here
