Really mad rn about a general audience so I need to rant. I love Eridan, truly I do, but the argument some fans use about how "he's not actually casteist he's just a misunderstood boy" actually pisses me off so bad. As a person of color, your intent doesn't change jackshit about your bigotry. Eridan often said slurs and constantly tried to make other trolls feel lowly about their blood type. I do not care how tragic his backstory cause that doesn't change the fact HE'S CASTEIST. YOU CAN'T SOB BACKSTORY RACISM AWAY. YOU'RE JUST MAKING THE OPPRESSOR A VICTIM OF THEIR OWN BIGOTRY. Typically I never ever post stuff on this site despite using it ecery day but ouhghghg my god I'm actually and it's all because of freaking erisol. I've been fixated on that stupid ass ship since Oct 25, 2024 I spent the ENTIRETY of 2025 thinking about them daily AND I DON'T HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE AS INSANE ABOUT THEM AS ME... I miss them and they're bringing me actual physical pain cause I'm mentally ill but ya sorry for entering the tag I need to share my drawings more maybe that'll get me Erisol friends
