Whatever i come across, I will add on to this blog to help myself and others be inspired to be fit and lose/maintain their weights the healthy way. I just had my first baby via c-sec so I'm taking baby steps back to the fitness level I was at pre-pregnancy, and want to take it beyond that! When I was 5months pregnant, I came across some products that have changed my life. I made a decision to be an ITworks! independent distributor. We are a health/wellness company, but our best seller is the Ultimate Body Applicator, which helps to tighten, tone, and firm any area you place it on. NO joke!! 4 wraps = 1 full treatment, but most see results in as little as 45 minutes! Message me if you're interested. I'd love to help you reach your goal in a healthy manner. www.PnYwraps.com stats: HT: 4'7" AGE: 26 CW: 118 lbs HW:145 lbs LW: 101 lbs UGW: 95 lbs
So I changed my eating habits, and it took a toll on my milk supply :( I guess I will have to wait..My baby's more important to me than getting my body back. ...in due time ;)

I support Maria Kang! She is one of the main people who have inspired me to get fit even before I was pregnant. She is motivating and keeps it real, baring her excess skin and stretchmarks for the world to see. She has battled bulimia and was slightly overweight before she even had children. It was not until this year that I fully understood and accepted the statement "Haters gonna hate". We all have our own ideas of what it means to be healthy and fit. We all know we have different body types and that essentially is why we all cannot obtain washboard abs and thigh gaps. She worked hard and built her body to where SHE saw what was her body's potential. Hats off to her and others who have learned the discipline of what it means to be healthy. ā„
All wraps will be sold for $25 ($5 discount) and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation! What're you doing to raise awareness for cancer this month??
