Loving yourself is not (necessarily):
Thinking you’re gorgeous
Not wanting to change anything about your body, personality, or life
Loving yourself is:
Knowing you have inherent worth regardless of your physical appearance or life circumstance
Knowing you deserve good things
Wanting to take care of yourself because you deserve good things
Ingredients
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
½ Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, grated
1 Large Tomato, seeded and diced
Juice of ½ Lemon
¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Arrange chicken breasts in a medium baking dish, leave about a ½ an inch between each breast. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Use tongs to toss the chicken in the oil and vinegar.
Season each breast with a little bit of salt and pepper on each side. Take about ⅓ of the grated garlic and spread it over the top of each breast.
Top each breast with ⅓ of the diced and seeded tomatoes. Squeeze some lemon juice all over the tomatoes and chicken.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees F.
Top the chicken with the chopped basil and serve right away.
The other day I wrote a post about my issues with squat challenges which you can check out here. Now it’s really easy to point out flaws with something. But it’s another thing all together to do something about it. So I thought I would go ahead and create my suggestion for a 31 day program targeted at giving you an amazing butt. Now you will notice that this program isn’t every day like some programs. This is important to allow your body to recover and get stronger. Feel free to insert your own regular cardio or upper body workouts into the off spaces. If you want to try the program go ahead and download and print the images if you like for your wall. If you have any questions about the program my ask box is always open.
