his curiosity ROARED as loud as a starved lion. the STRANGER’S odd choice of apparel told him that they were not a FREQUENTER of this damned city. furthermore, their figure was ENSHROUDED in such mystery that shiki could only ESTABLISH numerous theories about their native land. did it really matter though? it was utterly obvious that they were a HAZARDOUS one. in an attempt to escalate his defense, his palm tightened its grip on the leather-covered handle of his katana.

annoying pest. when will they EVER learn? it was tiresome, honestly. afore the keen blade of the other’s katana could establish a PHYSICAL contact with his brittle skin, shiki’s figure stirred to the opposite direction in pursuance of EVADING the attack. one of his two lower appendages thereupon BASHED the stranger’s back which caused their figure to descend onto the grotty surface. unfortunately, that was not the end of it. shiki’s fingers savagely ENTWINED themselves with the stranger’s ebony locks, hauling the other’s head upward.
