yes i do know "AI" technology encompasses many services I use or have used but if its current existence is necessitated by labor exploitation, environmental destruction, and the perpetual regurgitation of the worst parts of culture then i still don't fucking want it. my priorities are not having convenient search results or smart enemies in video games or a "person" to talk to or brush stabilizers in art programs or college essays i dont want to do or whatever, it's having a planet i can BREATHE on. if i have to give up this or that miscellaneous "privilege" just so black communities don't have to worry about elon musk turning their tap water the color of carrot juice then ill GLADLY give it up. stop trying to convince me to be okay with exploitation because it gives me these pithy material benefits. unless you can make technology ethical for everyone involved I DONT CARE and i am NEVER GOING TO BAT FOR IT end of story. like what?
