Hello! I'm Rocky, affiliated with my partner Moonie (@moon-shr00m/@mirage-standing/@prowling-prowl), and I joined the standing transformers because I love Wreck-Gar! (I don't know much about transformers unfortunately, so PLEASE forgive me for inconsistencies, it WILL happen a LOT.)

Moonie kinda encouraged me to join, and also I've seen some funny as heck shenanigans from y'all, so I felt inclined to give into my Wreck-Gar loving urges!

Shredhead is not a fucking boy nor girl they're non-binary they've only ever been referred to with they/them pronouns by other characters AND by the writers.

They're non-binary. Yes I drew them in a dress/more femininely because it was a fucking magical girl bit and non canonical. If I have more opportunities to draw them I might make them more masculine. But at the end of the day they don't have a canonical holoform design. And as IDW showcases a character's holoform can present differently than their normal appearance.

I've never used anything except for they/them for shredhead. I've said it in the intro post they're canonically non-binary. I don't know how people keep missing that. I'm not answering nor replying to asks or threads that use anything other than they/them for them, nor with any gendered terminology such as "boy" or "girl" even if it's in a joking capacity.

I'm sick of this. They are one of the only two nonbinary characters in this entire fucking franchise and still they get misgendered so heavily by the community.

call me a buzzkill for "overreacting" on a tumblr roleplay blog but if this behavior keeps up then I'm not using this character in any capacity other than their gimmick of standing.

I'd appreciate it if other standers reblogged this. Yes it's negative but genuinely the exprsexism Needs to be address. Thanks.
