hello tell me how long captioning your videos usually takes :)c (threat)

Omg hi!!! Oh god uhhh if we mean like total overall time, probably around a week or less? Given I end up needing to take a lot of breaks since I get sick of listening to the same audio clip over and over only to amount to a couple seconds of text… But if we just count the actual time of only working on it then I wanna say 5-9 hours depending on the video length. It takes longer if there’s multiple people talking obviously, so can sometimes be pushed to 10.

Sooo overall if I really get invested in captioning it can take me a whole day I’d say? And then I spend my second day re-watching and making edits because if I try to publish things as-is on that day I’m just so tired I won’t want to bother re-watching LOL
