Hello! I'll happily do the same! I'm Mexican and speak Spanish--which Miguel is apparently--but i can't speak for the Puerto Rican Spanish which I think OP has a grasp on anyway. Happy writing y'all ❤️
Idk if you’ll feel comfortable with this if not that’s totally fine
But what if Attuma has a big family like 5+ children let’s say their youngest is 2 going on 3 and his wife is pregnant again and every one in Talokan is like Attuma please stop getting her pregnant and when namor and namora sees her they’re both like “oh you poor mama” and namora is like “after this one is born I’m going to be your personal guard from now on” and namor basically agrees namora and wifey just accepted the fact she’s married to a man who likes to keep her pregnant and she’s like “good luck with that” she’s earned the nickname mama from everyone on in talokan because of how much children she and attuma has and her children are just the cutest in all of talokan according to Attuma
Hi hunny! I don't mind this at all! Thanks for submitting this request! And honestly it totally fits Attuma. A strong silent man with a cute wife and a gaggle of children is FITTING. I'd imagine an exchange a little like this. NOTE: Assume they are all speaking Mayan.
Namor: *picking up a child* truly, (y/n), are you sure you are alright?
Namora: *hovering around you, offering you food and drink* it is ridiculous, (y/n). I can guard you. He will not step foot into your bedroom.
Y/N: *chuckling and rubbing your tummy* It is alright, Namora. Besides, I don't really think either of you could keep Attuma out of my bedroom. Not that I mind.
Attuma: *enters with a child on his hip and the other attached to his leg* I will have to chase you both off if you attempt to keep me from my wife.
Namor: *smirks* It sounds like even I might not succeed in that according to (y/n). At this rate Atttuma, all of Talokan will be your descendants.
Attuma: I see no issue with that, my king. (y/n) makes a beautiful wife *approach you*
Namora: *points her spear at him* I said I would guard her.
Y/N: Now, now! Namora, please, I don't need a guard.
Attuma: *glares at Namora before smirking down at her* If that is the case, you can happily stand guard at the bedroom Namora. Perhaps you'll learn a thing or two about pleasing a woman.
Namora: *her face flushes*
Namor: *is grabbing the rest of the kids to get the hell out of that room*
Y/N: *shifts to follow Namor out*
Attuma: *grabs (y/n)'s wrist gently* Don't go, my beloved. Let us spend some time alone, while Namora stands guard.
Y/N: *rolls her eyes* Leave Namora alone, Attuma.
Attuma: *chuckles* Your motherly tone is practiced.
Namora: Oh yes, the entire of Talokan knows that. With you playing around all the time. Everyone calls her Mama in the markets. They speculate that these accidents are too frequent to be accidents.
Attuma: *smirks at (y/n)* They aren't any accident though, are they (y/n)?
*cue Namora leaving in a huff and Attuma leading you to the bedroom anyway* ;3
Prompt: Attuma returns to the surface in hopes of finding the mysterious woman.
Word Count: 550+
Pairing: Attuma x Mex!Fem!Reader
A/N: Part ONE ; Part TWO ; im also dying because i want them to kiss already but also AHHHHHHH.
Attuma grabbed his spear and swam toward the exit of Talokan. He gave a sideways glance to Namora as he passed.
The swim to the surface was short and he bobbed in the waves. He could easily see land but the woman did not seem to be on the beach. Attuma marched through the water onto the beach and headed toward the rock.
He spotted the pieces of the plate still in the sand.
Had she not returned at all?
As if the mere thought of her beckoned, Attuma heard rustling from the brush further down the shoreline. He knew immediately from the footsteps that it was her.
She stopped at the edge of the trees when she caught sight of him.
"Entonces, has regresado, (so, you've returned)" she huffed, crossing her arms.
"Si crees que te voy a dar ofrenda o adoracion, estás muy equivocado!" (if you think I'm going to give you an offering or worship, you're sorely mistaken)
Attuma saw no softness in her face now. None of what she'd offered the very first time she'd dropped to her knees. None of the friendliness from the second time.
He realized she was hiding her wrist with her crossed arms.
He knew it was time to make some sort of peace.
Attuma stabbed his spear into the ground and the woman flinched.
He frowned and hesitantly brought his hands together. The Talokan salute.
He watched the woman's eyes widen. The sparkle in them returned like the sun reflecting on the waves.
Barefooted, she slid down the sandy dunes toward him. Attuma held very still as she approached. She stopped just before him and they stared quietly at one another for a moment.
Her eyes wandered his face. It was mostly covered with the mask he wore and the headdress that adorned him. His armor however was very fascinating. She was intrigued by the teeth. All of the shark teeth that decorated his armor. She reached out and ran a finger along the serrated edges.
Attuma was surprised by her bold action. She dared to touch him. Still, he did not move.
She ran her hands along his armor, the rough ridges of his shell pauldrons, the spiny bones of his vambrace, and the rough damp straps that felt akin to leather.
Attuma could smell her as close as she was. She smelled like the sea, coconuts, and soil.
Her breath hitched when she realized her hands had stopped over his bare chest. She pulled her hand back quickly, embarrassed.
She took a step back and glanced toward the sky.
Attuma looked up and saw the moon was far lower than it had been before. He had spent far too much time here!
Attuma pulled his spear from the ground and headed for the water.
He paused as he heard her footsteps following. Attuma turned and pointed at her.
"P'áatal! (Stay!)" he commanded.
The woman froze. She didn't know what he said but she could guess.
Attuma took a step into the water and waited. She did not follow. With a nod, he continued.
"Adios, Tlaloc!" the woman shouted.
Attuma paused. That name again.
He turned to face her.
She went quiet at his intense look.
"Attuma!" he called back.
Her brows shot up. A smile tugged at her lips. She raised a hand and waved.
"Adios, Attuma!"
Attuma dove. The sound of her voice still ringing in his ears.
Prompt: Attuma returns to the surface to deal with unfinished business that leaves him more confused than ever.
Word Count: 600+
Pairing: Attuma x Mex!Fem!Reader
A/N: You don't need to read part one for this to make sense but you can HERE. Also this is totally a slow burn, Attuma and reader need to warm up to each other.
The woman was a threat.
That was the conclusion Attuma had come to.
The surface dweller had some sort of power that caused him confusion.
Attuma looked up at the full moon as he floated in the water by the shore. If she had returned, like a fool, Attuma would kill her. There was no way he would bring any other warriors to this mission after letting her live. He growled as he put on his mask. Why he'd dove into the water without a fight was humiliating behavior. Was he not the strongest warrior in Talokan? He would not be bested by a surface dweller.
He dove out of the water, his spear at the ready, and landed with a heavy thud on the shore.
Sitting on the beach was the woman.
So she had returned.
He tilted his head as the woman stood up. Her hands came together in a Talokanil salute. He did not return it.
She smiled at Attuma and he searched her face for some sort of clue. But he saw nothing but the color on her smiling lips, like purple sea urchins. She reached down and held up something in her hands. It was a plate with red fruit. Attuma recognized it. Something surface dwellers called strawberries.
She balanced the plate on the rock she'd been leaning against and then backed away.
Attuma stared at the plate. It was an offering. Clearly. Did she think him stupid?
In a flash, he threw his spear.
The woman screamed tossing herself aside. The spear buried itself into the ground where she'd stood. She gasped for breath, trembling.
"Qué la fregada!? Le trajé un ofrenda!" she shouted at Attuma.
Attuma started for his weapon. The woman leaped forward. His hands landed on hers. She gripped the weapon tightly and tried to pull it toward her.
Despite his annoyance, Attuma was almost amused. His hand slid up hers, taking her wrist in his hand, the other grabbed the spear. He put pressure on her wrist and she let out a screech, trying to yank her hand away.
Attuma pulled the spear from her weak grip and lifted her by the wrist.
"Déjame ir!" she shouted, kicking her legs, and clawing at Attuma's hand with her free hand.
Attuma barked a laugh.
How had he thought she was a threat? She was clearly no warrior. Any powers he'd assumed her to have had surely been some sort of trick.
Her protests quickly turned into a wail and Attuma dropped her. She landed on her knees and cradled her already bruising wrist. She looked up at him with glittering eyes of betrayal.
Attuma was taken aback by the fierceness of her expression. He almost didn't notice the tears in her eyes. He stared at the small heap of a woman, her thick braids framed her pretty face which was now streaked with tears.
Attuma frowned. This was not how this encounter was supposed to go.
His frown only deepened when he realized what he was thinking. Had he just called this surface woman pretty?
He had little time to think about it though because the woman staggered to her feet, glared at him, and stomped toward her offering. She grabbed the plate and then threw it. At him.
Attuma brought his spear up and the plate broke away. It was ceramic and though the pieces didn't touch him, the strawberries did. They bounced off his broad chest and dropped to his feet.
He looked up with a scowl. But the woman wasn't looking at him. In fact, she was already walking away. Attuma took a step to follow her and then stopped dead in his tracks.
What was he doing!?
He watched the woman make her way further up the shore and glanced at the spear in his hand. Her back was an easy target, so why couldn't he throw it?
Confusion and another emotion he couldn't quite place led him back into the water, leaving the woman alive yet again.
Send me your Attuma head cannons and reader shipping hcs! I love Attuma so much! He's so strong, so handsome, so protective, so AAAAAAH. right? U feel me? Lets talk Attuma yall. I need more Attuma content.
Prompt: Attuma’s monthly perimeter check of the surface takes a strange and enchanting turn.
Word Count: 760+
Pairing: Attuma x Mex!Fem!Reader
A/N: Have been absolutely feral for some Attuma content. Especially some Mexican rep like myself. :) enjoy. ALSO: this may be primary from Attuma’s perspective for a bit?
Attuma had no love for the surface world. So when he was assigned by K’uk’ulkan, himself to do monthly perimeter checks of the surface near the entrance of their cove, he was less than pleased. But for his king and kingdom, he would do anything.
His monthly perimeter check only ever consisted of himself and two other soldiers. However, the checks had never amounted to any conflict, without a soul in sight for years.
So on the full moon, Attuma rose from the water. His steps were heavy but not hindered. The salt on his blue skin shimmered in the moonlight. The water rolled down his arms and chest before being absorbed into his skin.
None of his powerful appearances was overlooked, but her presence was.
Still and silent, she watched him rise. His massive shoulders and the giant headdress, were terrifying and electrifying.
Attuma looked up toward the moon.
THWACK.
Attuma spun around, spear aimed at the sound of the fallen fruit. He stared face to face with a woman. A human woman.
He glanced at the object between them. It was a coconut, cracked, bits of it's white flesh poked through, and its milk lay a disappearing puddle between them.
He looked back up. The human woman did not move. Almost concerningly, she didn't even seem to breathe.
The reflection from the sea brightened her widened eyes and he could clearly see the color of her skin. It was the color of a flat brown scallop seashell and her hair was half pinned up with an obsidian pin.
He lowered his spear. The woman was clearly no threat. In fact, he was certain she must have been petrified. She still wasn't moving. Attuma strode up to her, closer until they were mere inches apart. The woman only moved then to look up at him. He smirked at her craned neck, for she barely reached his sternum. His eyes shifted to movement. The woman's hand. It was soft and wet, surely from the coconut water she'd splashed upon herself. He watched carefully. The woman's hand hovered over his chest before touching it. She exhaled sharply at the cold touch and yanked her hand back.
"Eres real! (You're real!)" she gasped.
Attuma didn't understand her but he recognized the sounds. Spanish. The bad tongue.
His face spoke loudly though he said nothing and the woman shrunk away.
"No te gusto eso…(You didn't like that..)" she whispered and bit her lip.
"Did you, understand me?" she said, this time in English.
Now that Attuma understood, he said nothing. As they continued to stare at one another, Attuma suddenly felt confused. Why hadn't he killed her yet?
His grip tightened around the spear only for the woman to drop to her knees before him.
Attuma stepped back, startled.
He watched with horror as she stared up at him with adoration and her hands, open and splayed, came together at the wrists. The salute of Talokan.
Attuma's mind raced. How did she know this?!
It was only then that he realized she was trembling and whispering a name.
"Tlaloc. Tlaloc. Los dioses son reales (the gods are real). Tlaloc, perdoname por no reconocerte (forgive me for not recognizing you)!"
Attuma had heard the name before. It was in the stories of his ancestors. An Aztec god. The name the Aztecs gave to Chaac.
He grabbed her by the arm and lifted her up harshly. She cried out in alarm.
But, she thought, how could she be wrong? Tlaloc was the god of water and rain. He was depicted in codexes and her ancestors' art as a man with blue skin adorned in the headdresses of warriors.
He tossed her away from him. Not hard. She tumbled in the sand, gasping. She looked up at him again. Both of their eyes widened in confusion.
Attuma watched as her eyes softened, and a smile tugged at her lips. The wind picked up. The water behind him churned. Waves lapped at his calves though the water had not reached them where they stood before. The woman's hair and dress billowed in the breeze.
"Tlaloc," she whispered. Attuma felt his knees go weak.
"Tlaloc," she whispered again. She took a step forward. Attuma took a step back.
Angered, he raised his spear.
He raised a hand and pointed at her. What was this? Who was this woman?
"Who are you?"
She stopped and stretched her arm out to him. In her hand, she held out her obsidian pin to him.

A/N: It’s been a whole year I think but I’m back for today after seeing some BEAUTIFUL art by @ thisuserisalive on Instagram. I heard people have been thirsting for some Erwin fic so I hope you enjoy this little cute fic.
By the Walls, there was nothing more demoralizing than having the scouts return in their terrible conditions time and time again. As you shoved past an unruly crowd, gathered to shout insults as the scouts returned in single file, you clutched your covered basket filled with warm bread rolls to your chest. Times were tough but you were sure the scouts were in need of something to lift their spirits. Bread was the most common military food but surely freshly baked would bring some comfort. Freshly baked bread was always something people liked. In your humble opinion, there was nothing better.
You scanned for a good spot to approach, unsure of whether you might cause too much of a disruption to the scouts. Your eyes fell on their commander, blonde and blue eyed, you were certain he’d look handsomer with his head held high. Perhaps a bread roll might make him smile a little. Determined to put a smile on at least one scout, you slowly pushed to the front of the crowds. You were just in range to approach when you tipped forward, jostled harshly into the incoming scouts. Your startle cry was interrupted by your face slamming into something hard and metallic. Your head throbbed with pain as your vision began to cloud. A startled voice came and went. Blue eyes stared at you. Two pairs, no, just one pair. So shimmery, they danced as the edges of your vision turned black.
--
Sunlight peeked through your lashes as you blinked awake. Groggily, you looked around. Nothing was remotely familiar. Where were you? What happened? Weren’t you just at the city gates? Blinking in recognition you looked around frantically. Your bread! You were supposed to give the Scouts some bread rolls!
“Bread rolls-” you said aloud. Startled, your hand reached for your throat. How was your voice so dry and hoarse? Looking around, you spotted a table to your left, and lo and behold, a pitcher of water!
You glanced around the room, taking in its neat and pristine appearance as you slowly made yourself stand. For a moment you felt your body sway, but reaching out you took a few unsteady steps to the table and steadied yourself upon it.
Your hands grabbed greedily at the cup and poured, downing the water in moments.
“You should have called for someone to assist you,” a deep voice said from the door.
You nearly dropped the cup as the man you knew to be commander entered the room.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you,” he said gently. “Are you feeling better?”
You raised the glass with a small smile, “A bit yes. The water helped.”
“Good, good. Please, sit. You should be resting,” the commander urged and motioned to the bed. You glanced at it and then back at him. He made the motion again and you slipped back onto the bed, cup in hand.
“I am Commander Erwin Smith,” he smiled, and then with a sheepish chuckle added, “I feel I owe you an apology. It was my ODM gear that you hit.”
You felt your face flush, he may not be able to see it, but your face felt as hot as the furnace you baked those rolls in!
“O-oh! Oh no, no! You don’t have to. If anything the idiot that shoved me owes me an apology. Not you...sir-” you stuttered, feebly tacking on ‘sir’ at the end. Despite using the word every day with customers and garrison soldiers, it felt strange to use it on such a man. His whole demeanor commanded a level of authority and respect that made your heart thud. Nerves? Most probably.
“Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be able to find them,” Erwin said with a sort of frown, or perhaps you thought, a rather neutral expression for his face.
“Either way, I hope that it is alright that we brought you here. The Scouts headquarters,” Erwin continued, “We have a fine doctor that said you should feel alright within a few days.”
“I guess I hit my head pretty hard,” you murmured, touching your forehead. Your fingers flinched when they touched the bandage around your head.
“Thank you for all this,” you murmured bringing your hand back to the cup, “I’m so sorry for all the trouble. I was just trying to bring out some hot bread rolls to your soldiers. I thought it might help boost morale a little. I hate when those crowds go out and bother you all. They have no idea what you all go through no doubt. I mean, you’re all so brave!”
Your eyes shone in a way that made Erwin pause, he hadn’t seen such a look in ages. Not since he first became commander.
His staring at you, with a look you couldn’t quite place, made you realize you were staring right back. You felt the heat to your face return and you glanced down at your cup.
“Thank you. That is very kind of you to say. However, have your bread,” Erwin said, “Captain Levi saw it fall from your arms and we brought it here. It is untouched-”
“Untouched!” you exclaimed in exasperation. “Well I hope they like cold bread rolls. By the Walls! All that work to ensure they were warm and oh so lightly buttered and I still only get you cold rolls.”
Erwin chuckled at your sudden change of mood, “They may still be warm. You’ve only been here for about an hour. You did a wonderful job in wrapping them in that basket. I do believe only one fell out.”
“Only one. I guess I’ll take that one,” you joked awkwardly and felt your face flush again. What were you doing?! What kind of dumb joke was that? By the Walls, why were you telling them to the commander of the Scouts!?
Erwin laughed, deeply, he would have taken more time to be surprised if he hadn’t found your demeanor so endearing. For the briefest of moments, he felt wildly afraid by the sound he made, laughter. How long had it been since he’d laughed?
Your eyes widened as his features broke into laughter, the complete opposite of how it had looked like not so long ago. He really was handsome when he smiled like that.
It was gone in a moment though and he looked at you calmly. The silence was short and you stared at one another, but it was enough for you to want to stop it. You’d die if those water blue eyes stared at you like that for another second!
“If you would like to, you can tell the soldiers. To eat the rolls I mean, not that I’ll eat that one roll. The bread rolls, they’re for them of course. And for you! As you know..” you bumbled and had to actively force yourself to smile as your body fought to hunch over and bury your face in your hands in sheer embarrassment. You couldn’t even speak right anymore. Walls you hoped he thought it was because of your head injury.
Erwin felt himself smile, she was surprisingly shy and outspoken at the same time. It was refreshing and charming. He shook his head to focus for a moment and then stood.
“I’ll go tell them, if that’s what you’d like. I’ll have someone bring you something to eat and more water,” he said.
You nodded and watched him go. His shoulders were so much wider now that you saw them from behind. You watched mesmerized until he turned around. You almost squeaked, averting your eyes. You could NOT be caught staring.
“I’m going to apologize again. I didn’t ask your name,” Erwin said shaking his head, a disappointment to himself really.
“Oh, that. I’m (Y/N), it was nice to meet you Commander Smith” you replied, your heart beating a mile a minute from the startle he’d given you seconds ago.
“(Y/N),” Erwin said with a furrowed brow, “Stay resting,” then turned and left.
You sank into the bed and threw an arm over your face. You’d made a fool of yourself hadn’t you? Of all the people you could have talked to, it had to be the commander of the Scouts himself. Well it’s not like you knew meeting him would make you a whole fool, you thought bitterly. You settled into the bed at last and closed your eyes. Better not to think about it.
---
When you awoke the sun had set considerably. You rubbed your eyes and with a glance remembered where you were. You sighed and turned your head to the table. Your brows lifted in surprise and you sat up. Swinging your legs over the bed, you shuffled toward the table that now had water, soup, and a bread roll on a tray.
Taking a seat at the chair Erwin had used, you lifted the bread roll. It was one of yours. You had a distinct pan mark on your bread that made it easy to recognize. You pinched the bread and it tore softly, with an ever so slight shimmer to your fingers as the drop of butter at it’s top. It wasn’t warm but you were surprised at how soft they still were. Good on you. You were about to give yourself a pat on the back when you noticed a folded paper just beside the bread roll. You flicked the white note open and blinked at it dumbly before laughing aloud.
From the room next door, Erwin sat at his desk and lifted his head at the sound of your laughter. He looked to the far wall and smiled. You’d found the note. He felt rather proud and yet silly for having left it. He felt like he had as a young scout. Writing the note has been a very strange thing for him to do but he found himself writing it anyway. He didn’t think the note was particularly funny, but your laugh was worth it.
In your room you moved the note to stay unfolded on the tray, glancing at it as you ate. The neat block letters made you smile as you reread it out loud, “I can promise this is not the fallen bread roll.” Unaware, you and Erwin shared the same smile at the same silly note, and somewhere, a little pang of joy beat in both of you.

A/N: It’s been a whole century but I’m back for today after watching some AoT reaction videos. Spurred my love for Erwin and AoT again so here’s a little treat. Hope if holds yall over :) NOTE IT’S A BIT ANGSTY OK
The groaning creak made Erwin sit up straight as he dried his hair on the bathtub’s edge. It came from his office. His brow furrowed as he stood up and slipped on his shirt. He had no hesitance to deal with whoever was trying to sneak into his office. With all the betrayal as of late, Erwin brandished his razor as he slipped out of the bathroom and through his quarters toward his office door. He paused for a moment to listen, perhaps he’d recognize the intruder.
He heard someone stop walking and the sliding of something on wood. His books! Someone must be looking through his books. What were they looking for? Plans? That didn’t seem likely, otherwise, they’d have started with his desk. He leaned forward to listen harder and he heard a quiet sniffle, then another, and another. Erwin’s brow furrowed further and he inched the door open to peer out.
“(Y/N)?” He questioned.
(Y/N) screamed and dropped the book. It thudded to the floor and (Y/N) gasped for breath, a hand to her chest as Erwin stared at her from his doorway.
“Erwin! By the Walls, don’t do that--” she hissed and leaned against his bookshelf, one of the many anyway.
Erwin stepped into his office and picked up the book (Y/N) had dropped as she shifted to take a seat at one of the chairs in front of his desk. Erwin glanced at the pages before looking up at her, a sad glimmer in his eye matched the despondent expression on (Y/N)’s face.
“I’m sorry for coming in out of nowhere. You told me way back when that I could come in and grab a book anytime. I hadn’t done that in ages,” (Y/N) said with a small smile at him, “I hope it’s okay that I did it this far into the future.”
“I’m surprised you remember that,” Erwin replied, taking a seat beside her. He held the book out to her. Her hand reached out and grazed his fingers as she took the book from him. Erwin’s breath hitched as her touch lingered for a moment and she drew the book to her lap.
“How can I not? You mentioned it almost as soon as you’d been made Commander. In front of our whole squad no less. You have no idea how much teasing I got from that you know,” she laughed.
“Oh, well I can apologize now,” Erwin offered.
(Y/N) laughed, a sound so sweet to his ears. He smiled softly at her and she waved her hand dismissively at him.
“No, it’s fine. Besides, that was way back then, I’m not bothered by it now.”
“What made you want to read a book now? I’ve seen you busy training the new recruits and the horses. And it’s late...” Erwin observed, they both glanced out the window toward the moon high in the night sky, “Aren’t you tired?”
(Y/N) sighed but she looked right at him as she answered, “I’ve been so tired, Erwin. So tired of this fight. So tired of losing my friends. I’ve never felt more tired in my life after chasing down Eren and those traitors. Which reminds me--”
Both their eyes glanced toward his empty sleeve. (Y/N) glanced away as Erwin caught her eye.
They both sat in silence until (Y/N) reached out for his uninjured arm. Erwin flinched in surprise at her tight but not painful grip.
“Oh Erwin,” she whispered, “so many of our friends are gone. I miss them so much. And now, it’s like they’re determined to take away the last of my last friends. Piece by piece.”
Tears streamed down her face as she gently put her other hand on his shoulder. She stroked his forearm and tried in vain to stop her tears.
“They are determined to take you, piece by piece, aren't they?” she whispered, “But I won't let them. They already took Petra and Levi’s whole squad. Petra was even younger than me. And now Nanaba and Mike. Gone. My teammates...my friends. I can’t let them take you. Not when the world still needs you, Erwin. Not when..when I still need you.”
Erwin’s arm wrapped around (Y/N), he could feel that strange pain as he instinctively put up both arms to hug her and only one held her. (Y/N) gasped at the sudden embrace but she leaned into him and sobbed into his chest, she clung to him for dear life.
He pressed a gentle kiss to her head and his hand stroked her back.
Erwin wished he could say something to comfort her. But he knew there was nothing. What could he tell her? Some empty promise that he’d never leave her?
“I know what you’re thinking Erwin,” she suddenly said, sniffling and running her fingers along his chiseled back, “that you can’t promise me that you’ll be safe. And I know that's true but, could you lie to me?"
"Lie to you?" He said with raised brows looking down at her. From his chest, she looked up at him with a trembling smile and glittering tears in her eyes.
"Yes. Lie to me. I know the truth. But I just want to hear you say it."
Erwin sighed and moved his hand to her cheek.
"(Y/N).." he began, and her eyes shimmered at him, a sparkle of hope.
"I'm not going anywhere. I will fight for humanity and it's future and all the answers we deserve to know. To see what is beyond those walls. To rid our world of these monsters. I'm not going anywhere for a long time. I will make sure that my soldiers' sacrifices were not in vain."
Erwin's hand cupped her cheek and his words were strong but her eyes made him weak.
She leaned up to him, her lips mere centimeters away from his. Erwin’s breath hitched again and her lips grazed his.
"Thank you, Erwin, for telling me the truth," she murmured and her lips came crashing down on his. Salty with tears and full of need and want. Erwin wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer. How he'd longed for a moment like this. He wondered if she would regret this come morning. Whether someone might notice her later. Or if she'd treat him differently. He didn't want to be thinking right now. Why was he thinking!?
(Y/N) smiled against his lips and kissed him slowly this time.
"Stop overthinking it, Erwin. Just kiss me."
Erwin nodded, kissing her hungrily. His hand roamed toward her hips and her chest. Her hands were tangled in his hair. At that moment he couldn't care less about what happened outside those walls. At that moment all he wanted was comfort. He wanted her. And that, he knew, was the truth.
