ahh!!! i’m so excited!!! hi there everyone i’m jade (they/them) and this is my precious not very sunflower hwang jihyun. she’s the type of person who, no matter what anyone else says, she insists she will be the main character. she grew up very spoiled, started (and ended within a few weeks) a million different skill lessons, just because she wanted to, and is sure she aced all of the skills. as an archetype, she’s very queen bee, mean girl type. she’s not afraid to step on anyone’s toes if it means her best interest is preserved, and sometimes actively seeks out toes to step on for that purpose. in other news... despite being hard to get along with sometimes, she’s a massive extrovert. & she’s a vegetarian! i’m still figuring her out, but i’m super down to talk her out with anyone who wants to with me! essgeddit

journal excerpt, july first

#rip to anyone who broke up with jihyun hahaha

jihyun huffed out a breath, phone and hands clunking down onto the sides of the bench she sat on. how in the world did anyone live their whole lives on the internet? she couldn’t manage more than fifteen minutes at a time. then again, real life was always more entertaining.

take that person, for instance. staring off at someone else for god knows why. from her own vantage point, she could only see half of their face, definitely not enough to make a solid assumption. figuring it out nonetheless shouldn’t be hard. who could tell hwang jihyun a lie?

she ran her hand through her hair to re-situate it before making her way over to her mark. a smile etched itself onto her face and worked into her tonality before she opened her metaphorical grand doors, “i see that look.” jihyun let her entrance sit, knowing waiting long enough would have most questioning what look had been on their face in the first place. her answer being the key, she broke the air with a sharp turn of the lock, “you totally have a crush on them, right? that’s so cute. puppy love’s adorable.” jihyun’s laugh rolled out like smoke. after it dissipated, she clicked her tongue on the roof of her mouth, “though-” in her pause, her arms folded inward, and a hand came to her face, forefinger resting against her cheek, “aren’t they a little out of your league?”
