“This trip sucks already! I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that I have like 12 mosquito bites or the fact that I have 12 megabytes of data left on my phone!” He whimpered, dropping his duffel on the ground near the tent. “How can I reply to messages? How can I search up buzzfeed tips about surviving in the woods? How can I play Pokemon Go? I guarantee there’s a pikachu around here somewhere!!” He yelled, his voice echoing across the canopy.

Tamara was sat on a log, minding her own business. But she couldn't help but be distracted by the boy. Overreacting about all this, in her opinion. And she just thought it'd be pleasant to mess with him a little more. "Relax, is that really what you're worried about? Knowing this college, there's probably a few killers plotting our deaths during the trip. Or maybe snipers ambushed in the forest. Datas or Pikachus are the last of your worries."

i’ve been very out of it lately. like a loooooot. i think the fact i have so many hours at work affects my muse(and my brain in all honesty). i don’t think i can do replies today. i’m literally just staring at my posts and ugh i can’t write. so unless you have a post with tamara, tyler, carolina or aidan you really want to keep, i’ll be dropping them all and do event related posts as of tomorrow(until it ends). so just im me if there’s a post you really want us to keep.

my brain is all mushy because I had to work extra hours since one of the girls didn’t show up -_- but i’ll try to do as many replies/answer to starters as possible, just apologizing in advance if they’re short or lame. i’ll try not to make them short though, but they’ll probably be very lame.

Following after Tamara, Carmen crossed her arms before shrugging. “I doubt it. It’s inevitable for some people, unfortunately. Glad we got away from him though.” Upon reaching the bar, she sat down on a stool before ordering a shot of vodka and downing it within a moment. “So, how long do you plan on staying because the people here aren’t as interesting as I thought they would be. At least there’s drinks though.”

Tamara was incredibly glad she wasn’t alone in that situation. At least there was one other person who felt the same about all this. “How can they think we care about their shitty life?” She asked before sitting on the stol beside Carmen. Waving at the barman, she ordered a drink before turning back to the other girl. “As long as it’ll take to drink a few glasses. Unless you know of a better place with more interesting people.”

“Oh…” Jude muttered just after he released a low chuckle as a reaction to her response. He understood where she was coming from having just recently been annoyed by all the questions about his home country. How the hell was he supposed to know what the weather was like over there when he had moved to New York years ago. It’s called Google. The cigarette was lifted to his lips and he took a long drag of it. “Lucky for you, I don’t have much to say right now.”

That was a relief, she didn’t need another rambler that night. Even though she had a feeling she had seen the man somewhere before, and she did feel like he was one of the professors, at least he could be good company. Potentionally. “That’s great then. We can both silently keep company to each others.” She said before sitting on the first step of the front stairs.

They furrowed their eyebrows at the word parrot, but didn’t question it. Instead, they just nodded as a response while also asking, “Was he bothering you?” There wasn’t much they could do about it, but they were still slightly concerned for Tamara’s well-being.

Eden was a kind of relief from all the people in that bar, and brought a smil on her lips. It was nice to see someone who didn’t act like a total jerk. “He was, but it’s okay now. I don’t plan on seeing him ever again.” She replied before loking around. “What do you say we get out of this place?”

Nickolas furrowed his eyebrows as he felt himself being pushed out of the way. “Excuse me?” He turned to face them. “How about watching out where you’re going next time? You know, there are other people around. You should probably get your head out of your ass and look up for once.” His eyes were black as he nearly yelled at the other.

Stopping as the man turned around, she raised an eybrow at him, almost finding his reaction hilarious. “Ever thought that wasn’t an accident?” She asked, her eyes glancing aroun. “Like you said, there’s people around, it’s crowded. Just making my way to the door.”

He shrugged and placed his hands into his pockets. “I think it all falls down to a nature thing. Humans need social interaction to survive, right? Well, maybe some people know subconciously that nobody actually gives a shit - “ he then corrected himself. “I mean, gives a crap what they are saying, so they have a tendency to talk more, or make something sound more important so people will feel obligated to listen. At least….that is just a hunch. But on the flip side of that, what kind of person does it make you look like for actually sitting through and listening to the boring conversation? That person will really appreciate it and feel less of that…..I don’t know, need to ramble about boring crap that even their parents don’t want to hear.”

Tamara listened to about half before losing track of what he was saying. Seems like he himself needed to ramble to someone, anyone, apparently. Her eyebrow did raise when he corrected himself, as if ‘shit’ was that much of a bad word, finding that almost funny. But she didn’t comment on that, it was probably some kind of personal preference or something. “You do realize you are rambling right now? I know I asked you a question, but no need to go that deep.”

      “Would you rather I’d of fallen on you?” His tone was haughty yet dazed, eyes unfocused though they appeared to stay on her. “It’s called steadying myself.”
