“It wasn’t a sexual thing, Sadie,” Peter rolled his eyes.
“I can understand why your girlfriend thought it was, though.” Sadie shrugged.

New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“It wasn’t a sexual thing, Sadie,” Peter rolled his eyes.
“I can understand why your girlfriend thought it was, though.” Sadie shrugged.

“Well, just be open minded!” Charlie grinned, shrugging his shoulders. “You could go on like a little road trip with some friends, go to parties, plan parties, find a boyfriend? You never know what’s out there!” He shrugged. “Eh, I was told I have to stop being impatient,” he grumbled, shrugging his shoulders.
“I have a job, so I can’t go on a road trip. I do go to parties. I don’t like hosting parties. I’m not looking for a relationship,” Sadie let out, shooting his ideas down, “You can not be impatient while doing fun things.”

“You should make it exciting, you deserve that,” Charlie nodded to her, staring for a moment. “Well, what else am I supposed to do?”
“It’s hard to make life exciting at 18,” Sadie mused, “I dunno. Make figure out fun stuff to do.”
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“It wasn’t that bad,” he insisted, shaking his head.
“Girls were sitting in your lap,” Sadie scoffed.

“No, thank you, though,” He just nodded at her. “Just wondering if anything exciting would be going on. Sounds better than what I’m gonna be doing,” he mused. “I’m probably just gonna go home and… Yup.”
“Nope, nothing exciting,” Sadie shrugged, “Parties are the excitement in my life. That and work.” She rose an eyebrow at that. “Go home and ‘yup?”
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“What’s the big deal?” he shrugged, “It wasn’t like they were giving me a lap dance or anything.”
“You’re not supposed to go past a certain line when you’re dating someone,” Sadie said simply.
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
Peter shrugged, “Girls wanted to sit beside me, I let them. They wanted to borrow something, I let them. They wanted a hug, I gave it to them. Sometimes if they wanted to, I’d let them sit on my lap. I don’t know.”
“Okay, that’s where you should have drew the line,” Sadie let out.

“No, thanks. It’s yours,” Charlie shrugged, nodding to her with a small smile. “I am pretty nosy,” he agreed, leaning back in his seat. “Speaking of, what are your plans for the rest of the day?”
“They’re fries, I don’t care if you have any,” Sadie let out with a shrug, nodding, “‘I’ve noticed. Um... Probably look around the mall more. Why?”
Check Yes || Sadie & Charlie
“Why would you put ranch on fries? No, there’s salt and vinegar on them and that’s it,” Sadie laughed, “That’s what the vinegar is for.” The female rose her eyebrows, giving him a look. “Says the guy who sat at my table uninvited to ask me about my day.”
“Don’t knock it ‘til you try it!” He chuckled. “I’ve actually never tried that kind. Are they really that good?” Charlie teased, before tilting his head once again. “I’m sorry. I thought we were getting along fine here.”
"Try some, then," Sadie said with a shrug. She rose an eyebrow at his words. "We were, just saying since you said I was being nosy that you are also being nosy."
Check Yes || Sadie & Charlie
“That’s boring. Not even ketchup? Or ranch? Or barbecue sauce?” Charlie asked with a smile. “Sometimes they get so dry, that’s crazy!” He chuckled. Raising his eyebrows at the girl he smirked. “You’re nosy, aren’t you?”
“Why would you put ranch on fries? No, there’s salt and vinegar on them and that’s it,” Sadie laughed, “That’s what the vinegar is for.” The female rose her eyebrows, giving him a look. “Says the guy who sat at my table uninvited to ask me about my day.”

“You could add cheese to that? That costs a little more, but it’s always really good,” he hummed. “Well… There’s just a little on my mind, I guess?” He shrugged. “Plus, they aren’t really my forte, since I was like… seventeen?”
“Meh, I’m good with plain old fries,” Sadie shrugged, popping another one into her mouth, “Like what?”
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“No,” he said, shaking his head, “I was just being nice.”
“Define being nice.” Sadie let out.

New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“She thought I was flirting with other girls,” he shrugged, “Nothing to do with the guy.”
“Were you flirting with other girls?” she questioned, raising an eyebrow as she turned into their neighbourhood.
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“No,” he shook his head, “She is my girlfriend that I broke up with about a month and a half ago.”
“Why’d you break up?” Sadie questioned.
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“Or I keep on getting into relationships with girls,” he pointed out, “Like Alex.”
“So that’s his name?” Sadie asked, a smirk tugging at her lips.
New Years Eve || Sadie&Peter
“I don’t know,” he shrugged, looking away again.
“That’s how it starts,” she shrugged, “You noticed they’re attractive at first, but tell yourself you don’t actually want to kiss them. Then when you realize you do, you tell yourself that’s it, it’s no big deal, not like you’d want to have sex or be in a relationship or anything. Then once you get to that point... You actually start to accept it.”
