This is my second time in the past month having an anxiety/panic attack. Scary bc it was hard to breath. Mentally not doing too great lately 🫠

Just told someone to pls close their mouth when they chew and was told “that’s a European way of thinking”????????? Like no, who wants to hear anyone chomping on their food? That’s gross. Close your mouth. it’s not that hard. I was really getting frustrated bc I hate the noise and it’s super gross and the noise kept going on and on.

Anyways, just buy some rosemary oil and peppermint oil for cheap on Amazon and add it to the $2 Africa’s best ultimate hair oil from Walmart, target, etc (literally has like 8oz of product). Problem solved 👍🏾
