› motivation for my fast
tw: ed (obviously), this is just me motivating myself into keep fasting, i actually am pretty agressive about myself so please be careful if you read it, it's quite hateful towards my appearance, not yours.
you're so fat. look at you, eating, trying to be healthy when in reality you know you'll never be it being a fucking fat person.
and those thighs? makes me disgusted. you can't even wear a baggy trouser because inevitably it gets stuck at your fat and horrible thighs.
you arms are fat too. when you put on a tank top you should be ashamed. you got a good, lower shoulder, but it'll never be a 90° degree shoulder because of these huge arms.
you look like a squirrel, your cheeks are ridiculous. you look like a little child and that's why no one respects you, because you're a fatty baby to everyone. who cares about the wants of a baby, right?

Cravings and what they mean
If you crave carbohydrates, your serotonin levels may have dropped. Eggs, cheese and pineapple are good for raising them again.
If you crave sugar, you may be dehydrated. Drink some water or green tea.
If you crave red meat, you may be deficient in iron. Eat dried fruits like figs or prunes, or beans and legumes, or take iron tablets.
If you crave dairy, your blood sugar levels may be low. Eat foods naturally high in glucose, like oranges or strawberries to raise them.
If you crave chocolate, your magnesium levels may be low. Eat brown rice, whole grain bread or spinach to raise them.
If you crave salt, your blood pressure may be low. Eat salted nuts, whole wheat pretzels, or drink salted water to raise it. If that doesn’t work, you may be dehydrated. Drink water or green tea.
If you crave bread, your nitrogen levels may be low. Eat turkey, black beans or brown rice to raise them.
If you crave fried foods, you may be fatigued. Eat slow energy releasing foods like bananas or whole grain bread, or take a nap.
I used to think the ana community was pretty ok when it came to fatphobia. Yes, I do know anorexia and other eds do come from internalized fatphobia but most people I’ve seen on here are pro recovery and again it’s internalized fatphobia so it’s never directed to others.
But it all changed when I went to take a peak at ana twitter and y’all are going to hell !
Using fatspo is already disgusting but using videos, photos or tiktoks of fat people trying on cute outfits, loving their bodies and being confident and proud of themselves -wich by the way if you suffer from an ed, YOU KNOW BETTER THAN ANYONE HOW HARD THAT IS TO ACCOMPLISH IN THE SOCIETY WE LIVE IN- without they’re consent is another level of disgusting.
i have to keep going or i’m just gonna delve deeper into self hatred if i don’t stop eating. i can gain this control back. i need to be thin.
useless, again. why don’t i learn? i’m never gonna be someone’s favourite person. always the third wheel, the second choice. forgotten
Fasting Tips
Keep your fluids up - drink lots of water, tea or whatever drink you choose to but keep away from sugary drinks
Know what’s healthy - from the moment you start fasting until between the 12th and 14th hour, your body is burning glycogen; the sugar storages. After the 14th hour you begin burning fat storages.
Listen to your body - If you begin to feel faint or nauseous when you’re fasting, it’s likely because your blood pressure or blood sugar has dropped which can cause you to get shakey and light headed. If you feel this way you need to break fast and eat otherwise you can become unhealthy.
Low blood sugar - If you get low blood sugar and need to break fast, the quickest way to get it up is to eat something sugary and then eat something else. Usually if this happens I will have a Milo and then eat Baked beans.
Dont be disheartened - Not everybody will lose and gain weight at the same speed, so don’t be disheartened if you are trying to lose weight and the pounds don’t just shed off.
Exercise whilst fasting - If you are going to exercise while fasting you need to be aware that your body will exert all its energy and in turn make you more hungry than before. Exercising while fasting can be beneficial and help with weight loss but if you plan to lift heavy weights you will need to eat something within 30 minutes of finishing your fast or your blood sugar can drop.
Breaking fast - Depending on how long you fast for, will change how much your body will crave certain foods. When you break fast you should always try for the healthier option but sometimes it will be necessary to eat something salty or sugary.
