▶︎ •၊၊||၊|။||||။၊| Everyone in Jinzhou city knows fully well that General jiyan started as a field medic before becoming Beiwang's apprentice, but did you know that he was first his mother's assistant in the medical field? And at the age of 10 years old? It blew my mind! Though, I wasn't as surprised after sharing a gruelling battle with him.
Oh and Apparently, he was also popular as his mother's tiny assistant. He's still well admired to be fair.. by both women and men.
▶︎ •၊၊||၊|။||||။ General Jiyan told me something that I'm not so sure I should be saying but... in the midnight rangers' camp— when one of his soldiers are injured, he would prepare specialized medicine, that are usually pricey, just for them. He hasn't told anyone but me.
▶︎ •၊၊||||| GENERAL JIYAN IS RICH!
▶︎ •၊၊||၊|။||||။၊|||၊| I once asked General Jiyan why he looks like he's frowning so much.. it was a bold question but luckily I got a smile from him instead.
"Apologies, it may look as if I'm upset but truly, it's far from that. I'm simply thinking. Nothing more to it. Did It worry you?"
Is what he said. I can't mimic his deep voice..
▶︎ •၊၊||၊|။||||။၊| During an expedition where he accompanied me; My eyes couldn't stop staring at his other gourd— which I often mistook as a Pangu terminal.. He must've noticed because he handed me 3 sugar pearls from that gourd. He must think I'm a child...
▶︎ •၊၊||၊|။||||။၊||၊|။||||| Possibly my last one for this week as I'll be cooped up in the academy again... General Jiyan has told once more that if he fails to eradicate the lament, I will have to plant a flower in the Knell square.
"If I fail to keep my promise for you, Please plant one of these flowers there for me."
.... I didn't like what I heard, it soured my mood and he noticed.. Of course he did.
Death is inevitable, even I have come to accept that, but if it ever comes that I fail to protect my dear friend.. I won't plant one but a whole field of flowers dedicated for him.
This quest, oh my god.. it made my sensitive self cry. I did this quest last after completing all side quests bc of how SLIGHTLY annoying it was that Gramps keeps pestering another old lady..

As it turns out, the woman he's following and courting is and has always been his wife that forgot him due to overclocking. They were both midnight rangers and up until she lost her memories, he found ways to court her, even with the amount of rejections he got, he was determined.
It made me tear up bro 😭 and the fact that she forgot him but she still knew she had an amazing husband is what kills me. She talked about him and how great he was Infront of her own husband and he was patient enough to meet up to her expectations BABDBHWHS I love kurogames for this.
This is a proposal and I refuse to think of anything else. The tenderness of his voice when the conversation turns to us is enough to say how he sees us 😭
Like you can picture his expression and the pleading tone of how he says those words. Oh my goodness it's definitely a proposal and I'm 100% delusional.
This man loves and I mean loves to tease you and is very touchy, but it would be surprising to know that he likes to kiss his partners on their cheeks rather than their lips. Whenever you get too close to him, he'd lean to you so he could pour butterfly kisses on your cheek. When feeling frisky, he'd take a bite.
𐙚 Jiyan - Lips
A ladies man and a gentleman by heart. Doesn't make the first move when it comes to kisses, sadly. Although.. he can't exactly resist your lips and it's in fact his most favorite part of you. Whenever his lips are on yours, he'd pull apart for a few seconds just to say "You're unbelievably breathtaking." And all those mushy words he could ever say.
𐙚 Yuanwu - Fingertips
Yuanwu is a respectful man no matter what the case might be. If he truly has feelings for you, he'd convey it in the most subtle but romantic way. He would gently grab hold of your hand, your fingers pulled towards his lips and you would feel his hot breath against your skin. His kiss is soft, he kisses your skin as if you were the most precious gem he had held in his hands.
𐙚 Calcharo- Neck
Calcharo isn't entirely affectionate or just doesn't know how to. He expresses himself in a different way (overprotectiveness, nagging, etc) but one thing he really loves doing is back hugs and neck kisses. When exhausted, he'd look for you, giving you pepper kisses on your lips before turning you around so he could hug you from behind. He loves nestling his head on the crook of your neck before kissing it multiple times.. sometimes he purposely leaves marks. No one knows why as of now.
𐙚 Mortefi - Collarbone
Mortefi is obsessed with you. Might seem romantic if you could stay delusional, but he's obsessed with your identity, who you are and what you are (canon rover). Mortefi would be.. quite suggestive. He likes planting kisses on your neck and all the way to your collarbone, by the way, his kisses burn. He finds himself hard to control whenever you're around, the only question is— is it truly for "research purposes"?
⊹ ࣪ ˖ I'd add scar and geshu lin.. but it wouldn't be sfw anymore 🤭.
ᝰ.ᐟ After meeting you 'coincidentally' a few times, he would often mention you to his mother when giving her update. He doesn't even notice that he talks about you quite a lot. Now his mother would bring up your name every time they would talk. Ever since, he constrained himself from doing so.
ᝰ.ᐟ Jiyan has a habit to scan parts of your body after a fight, by scanning— he would eye you from head to toe. He doesn't know how it affects you inside or notice your embarrassment.
ᝰ.ᐟ Jiyan's way of speaking towards you is more informal than how he usually speaks to his soldiers. He would even crack jokes that aren't funny but how can you not laugh when he's so cute? (He's a grown man in the military)
ᝰ.ᐟ He likes to cook for his colleagues and especially you. When making his special jinzhou stew, he would make sure to keep some leftovers for whenever you come and visit.
ᝰ.ᐟ Distant. Jiyan becomes very distant when he realizes how he sees you is different from how he sees other people.
ᝰ.ᐟ Jiyan may be one of the few people that don't see you(or canon rover) as a resonator weapon and refuses to put your life on stake.

ᝰ.ᐟAfter restoring peace once more in Jinzhou city, Rover had found herself roaming across different areas of Huanglong.
ᝰ.ᐟRover has been having a weird obsession of hunting loots and supply chests whereas she would often just dive in into exile camps with one swift for shell credits or just for the 'thrill'.
ᝰ.ᐟHer recklessness had caused her to get flung by a chasm guardian all the way to where the midnight rangers are stationed. She obviously hit her head so badly that it made her see twos of one midnight ranger and twos of one... Jiyan
ᝰ.ᐟ When General Jiyan himself came into view, the chasm guardians grumbles went silent and rover laid on the ground, paralyzed in pain and ofcourse from the embarrassment. Rover admired General Jiyan like most would, his compliments made her heart jump on clouds, she even claimed,
"If General Jiyan ever compared me to a tacet discord, I think I can die happy"
To chixia and yangyang. They were worried.
ᝰ.ᐟ With her vision slowly coming aligned, she could clearly see Jiyan's face hovering on top of hers as he examined her for injuries. His face was etched with a mixture of concern and frustration.
"Rover," His voice shook her, "Are you able to stand? Or do you need me to assist you?" He added, the tone of his voice— which he tried to maintain its composure— trembled. He could tell how hard the impact was as a former medic so it arose concern, forgetting the fact that Rover is a Resonator weapon.
ᝰ.ᐟ "I'm fine, General!" She sat up, "Tougher than a Junrock!" She gave him a toothy grin but he could tell she was trying to comfort him. He heaved a defeated sigh before standing up, lending a hand to rover. Rover hesitated for a split second before placing her battered hand on his palm.
ᝰ.ᐟ As jiyan pulled her up, he has yet to let go of her hand. Rover couldn't say anything about it because she was getting flustered— Not in a way where she's catching feelings, no, much like meeting a famous person. Jiyan flipped her hand to its back and scanned her palm, a small click of his tongue made her flinch.
"If you were one of my rangers, I would've scolded you until 2 nights had passed for displaying such behavior.." He spoke, or rather, grumbled, as he scuffled to his small waist bag "But.. I value you as a friend. Please, Be more careful." He no longer looked frustrated, Although he never looked directly into her eyes too— not like she'd notice, she can't even look at him for more than 5 seconds.
ᝰ.ᐟ On his palm was a small container that he pulled out of his bag. The herbal cream had an aroma of Angelica flowers, it seems like he had personally made it. She had a few scratches, some bled, some were red but nonetheless, jiyan didn't like seeing them, especially on her.
ᝰ.ᐟ "Next time," he broke the silence between the two of them, "Call for my aid. As of lately, I'm not as occupied.. I can perhaps accompany you."
ᝰ.ᐟ Rover looked at him blankly, she was denser than a rock but she knew that he was feeling shy. So she also felt shy. So then the both of them were shy.
ᝰ.ᐟ Frankly, if these two were ever to date, it would be like seeing two lambs make conversation.
