toying with a new ac build! i call it stinger.

trying to use new weapons and parts each playthrough so to keep things fresh. dual sweet 16s fucking owns, and i love the needle launcher back unit. super fun! shreds ACS bars like no problem

the huxley orbit guy in the back is taking some getting used to! its very powerful but theres a lot of time between pressing the launch button & having it fire at targets, so you need to anticipate when u need it & launch it early. forces me to think a few steps ahead of each fight. super fun!

the only issue i have with stinger is that there isn't really a big 'damage dealer' part like a blade or cannon thats a staple with my usual designs, but im not missing it as much as I thought I would! The assault armor will make do, and I can always rely on the kick if i'm out / its recharging.

got a complaint from HR (Handler Relations) because i clicked my tongue when I walked past one of their Hounds and It apparently Immediately started pitching a tent.

I mean I did it intentionally but nobody on base can prove that so for all intents and purposes wasn’t me.

the techs and supply officers are mad at me again because apparently railcannons “shouldn’t be used for finishing off an enemy mech at point blank” and the “thing needs it’s barrel replaced again and I should stop doing that”

like c’mon, whats the point of a rail rifle if not to press it’s barrel against an enemy mech’s cockpit hatch and feel a moment of unholy connection before proving im strong enough to do what’s required????
