october rules🍂

fasting rules

1)mon-friday should be fasting from dinner to dinner (about 24hrs)

2) exercise at least 30 minutes while fasting (burn off most of the food consumed

3) if you NEED to eat breakfast make sure to walk home from school and bounce leg in school (ALL DAY)

exercising rules

1) if it is not cold run home from school (burns 120)

2) do 100 cal exercise after dinner at least once

3) take 10-20 minute walk depending on how much you ate after dinner

4) exercise when getting home from school

calorie intake rules

1) no more than 600+ calories should be consumed on weekdays

2) no more than 900+ calories should be consumed on weekends

3) try to avoid eating breakfast & lunch on weekdays

4) count calories always! always over count!

self rules

1)try to avoid self harm this month

2)try to avoid purging this month

3)be happier this month

4) be pumped for halloween

5) be 89 lbs by halloween

i do not encourage this type of behavior this is only for me, if you want to go by some of these rules that’s your choice.
