Wyatt identifies as a gender rebel, which basically just means he doesn’t abide by gender stereotypes. Pronouns are he/him or they/them.

The first couple years of his life were normal but then his mother died when he was 9 and his dad kind of died emotionally, so he was barely present and turned to alcohol

His dad lost his job at one point due to his alcoholism and their house went into foreclosure, so they ended up being homeless, living out of his dad’s car and in shelters

Wyatt basically raised himself so at age 15 he filed for legal emancipation, got his GED, and started working, saving up to get himself a car so he could leave his hometown

He’s traveled all over the US, spending some time in NYC, but the rest of the places he traveled to are up in the air/flexible!! During this time, he began to rely more heavily on drugs and alcohol to help the houseless life more bearable. He’s only been in town for about a year now, but he was in Vegas for a couple of years before landing in Tonopah

While he was in Vegas, he got caught counting cards by some local troublemakers and they recruited him to make money for them or else they’d rat him out to the casinos in the area.

One night he was driving under the influence and hit the Knox’s vehicle. He fled the scene out of terror and ended up in Tonopah where he decided he needed to clean up his act.

He’s been sneaking into the Sons’ clubhouse at night and using parts in the auto shop to fix up his car on the dl for a while now but nobody knows he’s there... yet.

I need many things for my guy but I’m open to ideas!

Friends of course, but probably more people he’s met throughout his travels across the country. He met Rhett while in NYC and they ran in the same crowds, so there can be a mutual connection there with others.

"Florida? Like with the Florida man? Did you chill with gators, because I totally would if I lived in Florida?" Theo had never been outside of Tonopah unless it was for the clubs on runs. Other than that he never really saw the point in leaving. Everyone he loved was right here in town, plus his charter was here. What need did he have to travel outside of his little bubble? "You smoke? Or completely sober?" Theo asked more so, because if he was practicing complete sobriety - he didn't want to fire up a joint near him.

Wyatt laughed, looking over at Theo. He still wasn't entirely sure what to make of the other man, but he could tell Theo was a fun-loving guy who didn't take himself too seriously. "I didn't do much of that, but they were definitely all over the place... and giant. You wouldn't wanna be caught near one unless you were prepared to become lunch most of the time," he admitted with a shake of his head. Living outside of Orlando, too, they got comfortable around humans. "I still smoke sometimes, but it's the harder stuff I'm trying to stay away from. Alcohol, too. My dad..." He trailed, realizing he was about to open himself up to someone, something unusual for him. "My dad turned to drinking when my mom died, so I've already got that gene in me. Came out with drugs, so I don't want to end up replacing one with the other is all. Figure I'm less likely to hurt someone else if I'm smoking pot than shooting up."

Family. He'd certainly noticed that over the past few weeks of living a the clubhouse. It was something he had only had the luxury of experiencing for a few short years that he could remember, and a small part of him craved that sort of dynamic in his life again. He offers her a smile and nods as she heads off to make something for them both, using that time to poke around to see what might be wrong. He'd gotten the car up onto the lift and was underneath when he heard her voice again. "Well, I've got some good news," he said, sliding out from underneath to make eye contact with her. "When you hit the curb, it knocked some bolts loose from the heat shield so it was rattling against the car as you were driving. I secured it with some new screws and you should be good to go." He stood, wiping his hands as clean as he could from the oil and dirt on them with the rag over his shoulder. "That smells amazing, by the way... Is that a latte?"

"Oh, good news," she chirped, eyeing her car with some mild skepticism. In all fairness, she couldn't say she really understood what Wyatt was saying but he said it with zest, she was inclined to believe him. "Fantastic, my details are in the books to shoot me a bill." It felt fair, he was doing a job after all, no matter how small. "Caramel latte. It's elite, so don't tell anyone I shared them." Smiling, she walks around her drivers side. "Okay, tomorrow, around 1pm I'll be here with lunch, and thank you for the quick fix." Patting the roof of her car, she gives him a little wave before getting in to drive away.

“Fair enough,” Cole nodded, more than willing to give the younger man time to think it over. Leaning back in his seat, he dug his Marlboros from his pocket and set one between his lips, lighting it. He smiled gently at Wyatt’s words and gave a small shrug, “To be honest with ya, most of the guys ya see in reapers didn’t start off on the right foot,” he explained, his way of saying that first impressions, while important, weren’t everything. The Sons had always looked to dig much deeper than a first glance. “But this is a family, Wyatt,” Cole continued, pausing only to sneak a drag from his cigarette, “Don’t really matter how ya start– it’s where ya end up that we care about.” He’d watched so many grow within the club over the years and really reach their full potential. He couldn’t help but wonder if Wyatt would end up among them.“Think on it– I’ll talk to ya this weekend.”

It made sense. After all, it was an outlaw biker gang; the fact some of them hadn't started out on the right foot wasn't much of a surprise. The way they interacted these days, though, it would be hard to tell. Having been living in the clubhouse up to that point, the last thing one would expect was there was any animosity or discord within the group. "You will. Promise I won't keep you hanging on the edge of your seat for too long," he replied with a light laugh, making his way to the door. "Thank you again for the offer, man."

"They're good boys," smiling, she holds a hand up to correct herself. "Men, should I say. And Cole, if he asks you, you can trust he won't dress it up, you know? Being a club member isn't for the faint of heart, it comes with hardship, though I'm sure that part is obvious lately." Taliah hums to herself, not wanting to dwell too much on that, on Serkan, Dean, even Kyle, she lifts her head up and shrugs. "But, you will never meet a group more loyal and caring, they're family... They'll fight with you and for you." Which in her eyes was the most important thing to tell him. And hopefully, it just went without saying that they'd expect the same from Wyatt himself. "Mm, I see. Didn't you know greens are good for you? And carrots, well, they help you see in the dark, so..." Teasing, she waves a soft dismissive hand. "I like to take care of people, that's all." Offering a smile, she disappears to make them both a milky caramel latte, coming back a few minutes later with two cups and a pack of biscuits. "How's it looking?"

"Can you ride a bike?" He felt like it was kind of similar, only it had a motor and went way faster than a bike would allow. "Kinda like that, I guess." He sighed, before taking a seat on an overturned bucket near where Wyatt was working. "Where you from, anyways? Like how did you find Tonopah? Feel like it's a little dirt speck on a map."

"I can ride a regular one, but it's been a while since I've even done that. Probably not since I was a kid." Back before his life got flipped upside down and the family had lost everything. "I'm from Florida, but I've kinda lived all over the place. I was in Vegas for a little while, but I was heading out of town last year when I wrecked my car. Kinda got stuck here because of it." He shrugged. "Admittedly I wasn't in my right mind while driving... Probably shouldn't have taken that much to get me to stop drinking or doing drugs, but I'm glad I'm mostly cleaned up at this point."

Having worn the reaper for close to two decades now, Cole knew the weight of what he was asking– he knew it intimately, and he’d seen plenty of men buckle beneath it. But he’d seen more people thrive. The Sons of Silence was a brotherhood, first and foremost– a family that gave a home to those who had none and offered a sense of purpose to those who’d wandered for far too long without one. Naturally, Cole hoped Wyatt would consider the offer and ultimately decide to prospect, but in the end, the President just wanted the younger man to do what felt best to him without any external pressure to influence him one way or the other. It was a lot to chew over and Cole didn’t want Wyatt to rush to a decision, but instead carefully consider everything that had been said today. “Give it a few days– really sit with it, think about what makes sense for ya,” Cole answered, figuring that should give Wyatt enough time to weigh all the pros and cons and decide where he settled. “Whatever ya decide, it won’t change anythin’ with the job, or havin’ a place here, alright?” He wanted to make sure that was clear. There were plenty of mechanics in the shop who’d once been offered the same opportunity, but had turned it down, and it hadn’t changed anyone’s view of them because they all knew the reaper wasn’t for everyone, but everyone under their roof was still protected by it. “But when you decide…just be sure, one way or the other,” Cole cautioned, essentially telling Wyatt not to make the decision lightly, “‘Cause either way, there ain’t no goin’ back.”

Wyatt could feel the weight of Cole's words on his shoulders. The Sons was his life, after all, so extending the offer to prospect for the MC wasn't any small feat. If it had been anything else, Wyatt would have thought he wasn't remotely qualified -- and there was a small part of him that felt that in this moment as well -- but Cole saw something in him. That sentiment meant more coming from the president of the organization. "I'll let you know by the weekend," he assured the other, giving a nod. The last thing he wanted to do was rush into a decision, especially one that could be as life or death as this one. "Thank you for the offer, either way. It... it means a lot, knowing you think I'd be MC material. I know we didn't start off on the greatest first impression."

“Depends on how ya look at it, I guess,” he answered, amusement flickering in his expression for half a heartbeat. It wasn’t a question if Cole wanted Wyatt at the table, it was more so a question if Wyatt wanted it for himself. Truth be told, it really wasn’t up to Cole or the rest of the table, even if they all had to vote unanimously in favor of a prospect eventually earning a patch– it was up to the individual and just how bad they wanted it. “I want ya to try to, you’re the one who has to want it,” Cole clarified, hoping that simple explanation conveyed his message clearly enough. At the end of the day, this was in Wyatt’s hands. The effort Wyatt would or wouldn’t put in determined everything. Chuckling softly, Cole nodded, “Prob’ly the biggest ask of your life, if I’m bein’ honest.”  The road to becoming a Son wasn’t easy. It wasn’t freshly paved, straight, or short. On the contrary, it was long, winding, and riddled with roadblocks and hurdles that most people couldn’t overcome. But the reward if they did? It was unexplainable. “Get a bike, first off– gonna have to learn to ride it too,” he started, smirking slightly as if that wasn’t a given. “And ya do everythin’ a patched member tells ya to– most of it ain’t glamorous, but it shows the table what you’re made of, how ya react under pressure. All that’s secondary though. First and foremost– ya prove your loyalty to the club.” What did that look like? Probably wasn’t glamorous, just like the first points Cole made. But this was by far the most important test of all– that loyalty was something they all leaned on, and without trying to sound dramatic, it was something their lives literally depended on. “If ya take on that prospect patch, this becomes your life,” Cole started, shrugging a shoulder, “Ain’t some thing ya do on the weekends or when ya get bored– ain’t just somethin’ ya turn off.” Commitment was everything. “Bein’ a Son ain’t really about wearin’ a cut or ridin’ a bike around town– it’s whether or not you’re willin’ to live and die for the man next to ya.” It was a heavy ask, and Cole knew that, but Wyatt wanted to know what this would mean, and so Cole saw little point in painting any of it lightly. Leaning forward in his seat, he shifted to meet Wyatt’s gaze, “That somethin’ you’re up for?”

Wyatt stayed quiet as he listened to Cole explain the responsibilities, describe what his life would become if he were to agree to join the Sons of Silence. Wyatt had lived a life with little consistency since his mother passed away, so commitment in any form was something he was unfamiliar with. Sure, he'd worked hard throughout his life to survive, but that meant being flexible enough to know when it was time to pack up and move on when there was nothing left for him wherever he was. If he agreed, he would no longer have that option. In a way, it felt like he'd be wearing shackles holding him down to one place, but as the fear gave way to something else he couldn't place, he knew it had the potential to be more, too. Somewhere for him to return to at the end of the day, where he would be among people who cared for and about him, who had his back and wouldn't let him go through life alone anymore. He realized it could be a home.

"Okay," he finally spoke, meeting Cole's gaze. There was no apprehension in his face. Really, Wyatt simply wanted to weigh the options some more before he gave a definitive answer, but he could feel which way he was leaning already if it meant giving one now. "When do you need an answer from me?"

Theo shrugged. "I'm a shitty mechanic." That was true. He didn't know the first thing about cars or engines, hell, he barely knew what he was doing at The Outpost some days, but he at least knew how to serve a beer. "Shit dude looks like you hit a brick wall or something." He said eying the damage once again, before taking another sip of his drink. "Do you know how to ride a bike?" He asked Wyatt, curiously. He didn't know, but he'd like to assume he the man did. "Took me forever to get the hang of it. The balance is what kept getting me."

"It was definitely something big." Wyatt still hadn't fully acknowledged the real events of that evening, but the last thing he wanted to do was to admit to his substance use issues. He didn't want to give any of them reason to worry about him not showing up for work or anything else. "Uh... I've ridden on one, but never actually been the one driving. That'll be something I have to learn if you're all willing to be patient with me as I do."

"That was nice of him. Are you joining the club then?" She wonders. "Which room did you go for? Hopefully one with a lock, I'm not saying they get drunk and look for the nearest surface to pass out but... Wait, no, that's exactly what I'm saying. You might end up with a spooning partner and I bet they all snore." Smirking she can't help but laugh when he says it's helpful, not completely believing that he wasn't just being polite. "Don't worry, if you think you can do it yourself, go ahead." Taliah smiled, wanting him to know she wasn't someone who would second guess his abilities to do what he was training to do. "No, but how about I go get you something? Are they feeding you? Something not in the potato chip family? When did you last eat a vegetable?" Going off on a little tangent, a raised brow surely shows him she is expecting an answer. "Will you be here tomorrow? I will bring you something good. But for today, I can only offer you my secret stash of caramel lattes, if you would like one? Our secret though, I don't usually share so, pinky swear?"

"Well..." He paused as he chose his words carefully. "I haven't been asked yet, but I guess we'll see." Wyatt wasn't holding his breath, but if an offer was extended, he did wonder if he would have a choice at all. After all, he'd been living under the clubhouse roof and eating their food, feeding off of their hospitality. Would that come with more strings attached other than having to work at the shop? He would find out eventually, he was sure. "Oh, uh... good question. I ate something for breakfast, but it wasn't a ton. Vegetables are few and far between," he chuckled. "I'll accept whatever you're willing to share. You're far too generous for your own good, you know that?" He smiled. "Hopefully this won't take too long..." Then moved into the car to turn it on and get it inside of the garage.

"Yeah pretty much, club rules and all." Shrugging, she eyes him curiously, wondering to herself how he even met Nate in the first place. "Roof? What roof?" Taliah asks, wondering if he meant the clubhouse or if he meant the wage he was getting helped put a roof over his head. "Okay well I'll trust you, I wouldn't know what in alignment looks like." Chuckling, she could only sigh, it wasn't like she meant to mount the curb. "Just when I'm driving. It sounds kinda like... A raccoon eating peanuts. Does that help?" She frowned, no, it probably did not help but it was the only way she could think to explain it. "Crunchy, but like, soft crunchy... And I'm making it worse - you know, I'm just going to stop talking and let you look. I have a brain, I swear."

"Oh, Cole let me pick a room in the clubhouse," they explained, still looking over the car, though he laughed at Taliah's explanation. "No, that is actually helpful, believe it or not. Gives me a starting point for what to look for." He looked back at Taliah and smiled. "I'll check under the hood and if I see something off, I'll pull in someone much more experienced to handle it. Can I get you something for while you're waiting?"

It was a good question, one he expected, but one he didn’t really have an answer for either. He’d never had the chance to really learn who he was, having to grow up much earlier than any child should have to and doing what he could to make it day by day. “Not sure yet, but hopefully I’ll be able to figure that out soon.” He finished off his own cigarette, putting it out beneath the sole of his shoe. “Thanks, by the way. For not voting to off me yet. Life’s tough, but I kinda like being alive.”

“Don’t we all.” like being alive, that was. “Just don’t fuck it up, man.” he added as he goes to open the door, all intentions of letting Wyatt pass through first. His words were meant more as advice, than anything else, which he figured was an obvious thought to start with, anyway.

"I have a mind like a steel trap, darling." Rhett grinned. That was far from the truth. His years of drug use had definitely taken a toll on his brain but for some reason, Wyatt's birthday had stuck out to him all those years. He smiled as the other hopped into the passenger seat and Rhett nodded his head, "I figured as much. That's why I wanted to do something for you." No one deserved to be sitting around alone on their birthday. It was probably presumptuous of Rhett to assume that Wyatt would want to hang out with him on his special day but it worked out in the end, now didn't it?

Throwing the car into drive, it took Rhett a few moments to get the hang of the car again. He really wasn't that great at driving, but it was fine. He would get them there in one piece probably, "Yeah, yeah. I'll be fine." Rhett smiled. He didn't bring any smack with him, but he did bring some coke. That would help take the edge off for sure and it would get them back home. "This is my roommate's car, by the way." He laughed, "Ya know, that old lady I live with?" He mentioned and shook his head, "Really great lady. She trusted me with this thing which is just...more faith someone has put in me in years." The Brit grinned, "She said as long as I'm back sometime tomorrow, she won't put out a missing person's report." She joked but he was fairly certain she was serious about it.

Wyatt laughed along with Rhett, though he took in the sound of his friend's laughter and relished the sound. There was something musical about the way that Rhett did everything, but especially when laughter fell from him. "Well, I'll be sure you get home good and safe. I do have a shift tomorrow, but not until the afternoon, so I think I should be okay if we do end up passing out and not coming back until the morning."

Settling back in the seat, they turned to look out the window, watching the rocky landscape pass by the further from town they got. It wasn't what one would typically consider beautiful, but there was something about the way nature crafted the formations that spoke to them. "You know," he began, "I didn't expect to like it out here after being on the east coast for so long. I guess it helps that you're here, though. Little bit of New York right here in Tonopah."

Grabbing a chair, he pulled it up beside Wyatt and he crossed his leg over the over before he folded his arms, listening as his friend spoke. A smile crossed his lips and he nodded, "Something like that, yeah." He chuckled. New Years Resolutions were something that were so foreign to Rhett. They just never crossed his mind because he knew himself and he knew his habits. It just seemed like a useless thing to come up with. He nodded again at Wyatt's resolution, "I think that's a fine one." Rhett mentioned, "If you want Tonopah to be your home, make it." Wyatt could do anything he wanted.

He couldn't help but laugh at his friends suggestions for his and he shook his head, "Nah. I know I won't keep 'em." Rhett mentioned and he pursed his lips for a moment, "I guess mine is don't die." That could be taken in several different connotations. Between his drug use and the gang activities in Tonopah, who knows what could happen? "If I can do that, it was a good year." He smiled, "Is that too broad?" His brow raised with a smile.

Wyatt couldn't help the smile that came to their lips at Rhett's comment. Having gotten close with those at the clubhouse, and with Rhett there as well, the idea of Tonopah being home sounded far more appealing than it had over the past few months when he was sneaking around attempting to fix his car under the cover of night.

"I don't think that's too broad at all," Wyatt replied, offering up a larger smile. "I think, if anything, that's a noble goal and one you should be able to stick to if I have anything to say about it." Glancing at the time, he straightened up. "Looks like it's time for you to go on. You got this, Rhett. I believe in you."

Once Wyatt closed the door behind him, Cole had to fight hard to keep his expression neutral and stick to the script. It was hard, though– it didn’t matter how many times he’d seen a scene like this unfold, it would never cease to amuse him. Rather than answer Wyatt’s question as he took at seat the table, Cole stayed quiet, keeping his icy gaze trained on him. Had he done something wrong? The President barely resisted the urge to smile. No, he hadn’t done anything wrong– on the contrary, Wyatt had done quite the opposite. Breathing out a soft sigh, Cole never let his gaze waver, “You’ve seen a lotta shit over the last couple months, Wyatt– shit that would get most people killed,” he began, shrugging a shoulder. It was really that simple. “By now, I think you’ve figured out we ain’t just a bunch of Harley enthusiasts and the garage ain’t the only business under this roof.” Cole wasn’t really looking for a confirmation or a denial– he knew what they’d allowed Wyatt to see. It was all part of the vetting process, and so far? The young man had fallen in line the way Cole had hoped he might. “Ya ain’t batted an eye, far as I can tell,” he continued, pausing only to inhale on his Marlboro, “You’ve kept your head down, worked hard. But most important, you’ve been silent.” There was a reason that silence was part of the club’s name– it was the most essential part of everything they did. “That ain’t an easy thing for most people to do.” Cole fell quiet then, studying Wyatt for a little longer. From the first night he’d met the younger man, Cole had seen slivers of himself in him and he hadn’t been able to shake the idea of wanting to help him carve a path forward. The path he was about to offer Wyatt led to a reaper– if Wyatt wanted it and was willing to work his ass off for it. Clearing his throat, he crushed his cigarette out in the ashtray in front of him and met Wyatt’s gaze, “So, what if we wanted to call ya a Son one day?” He asked, letting his question settle for a moment. There was nothing lightweight about Cole’s question. Taking on the prospect patch was only the beginning of a lifelong dedication to the club. Cole knew exactly what he was asking, and only Wyatt could know if it was right for him. “That somethin’ ya think you’re cut out for?”

Cole was right; it hadn't taken him very long to realize what it is that the Sons of Silence were involved in. That didn't mean he intended on saying anything because even though that wasn't really their business, these people -- the ones who had given him a roof over his head, a job, food that wasn't pulled from the dumpster behind a grocery store -- they were the closest thing Wyatt had to family. That didn't mean they had been expecting any sort of invitation to join the ranks, so when Cole's question left him, it took Wyatt a few moments to fully process what it was they were being asked.

"You... You want me to join?" they asked, the surprise evident in their wide eyes. He hadn't even considered it before, but that didn't mean the idea of it didn't intrigue him. It wasn't an immediate no in his mind, which meant he needed to investigate further. "I... Well, that's a big ask, man. What all... what would I have to do?"

Biography:  

Wyatt was only nine when his mother died unexpectedly. Consumed by grief, Arthur Visariya turned to drinking, leaving his only child to fend for himself most days. He would get himself to school and back by either walking or sneaking onto public transportation, prepared himself something resembling a meal when there was food in the house, and made sure he got all of his homework done, even if it meant he got little sleep. Unfortunately, Arthur’s drinking began to affect his performance at work, and it was only a matter of time before he was fired from his job, leading to a foreclosure on the only home and sense of security that Wyatt had ever known.

The rest of his youth and adolescence was marked by instability, the two of them bouncing around between shelters for a while, scraping together food where they could, diving into dumpsters when they couldn’t.  Some nights the pair didn’t make it in time to be taken in for the evening, so they would be forced to sleep in Arthur’s car, an old sedan with hardly enough room for them and the few belongings they still had.

Arthur’s drinking only got worse. He used whatever money that he got from begging on the streets to go towards buying alcohol and would occasionally grabbing a few snacks at the counter at the gas station for Wyatt, if the thought crossed his mind at the time. Wyatt went hungry often, his only meals the free ones supplied by the school. By the time Wyatt turned 15, he had grown hardened to the world and frustrated with his father. He understood the man was grieving, but he had forgotten his responsibility of raising a child who was also feeling the loss. In many ways, Wyatt felt unimportant, like his life no longer mattered to his father.

He petitioned the court and was legally emancipated from his father’s care when he was nearing the age of 16, and Wyatt busied himself looking for ways to make it by. He dropped out of school to get his GED – a way for him to avoid those he perceived to have judged him for his circumstances in life – and began to work full-time, renting out a basement room from an old woman who lived on the same block he used to live on. When he’d scrounged up enough money, he purchased an old used car and began to travel, leaving the city he’d grown up in behind for a place where he could have a fresh start, but it turned out to be much harder than he anticipated. He started to understand more of why his father had turned to drinking, finding his own vices in that and the occasional dabbling in drugs.

He never truly settled anywhere, living a nomadic lifestyle where he remained in certain cities for a period of time before moving on. He found himself in Las Vegas about two years ago, drawn in by the glitz and glam of the bright lights of the Strip, and the promise of putting his varied skillsets to good use. He had always been relatively good with numbers, so when he was tapped by someone for counting cards, they decided to put him to good use and to split his winnings for their gain in exchange for keeping their mouths shut. He spent a lot of his money on his vices and one night, high as a kite and buzzed from a steady stream of alcohol flooding through his veins, he got into an accident. Somehow, he managed to escape relatively unscathed, and for fear of spending the rest of his life behind bars, he left the scene of the crime not knowing the fate of the passengers in the other vehicle. The experience scared him enough to get him to clean up his act and he found himself in Tonopah to get far from his demons.

During his nomadic travels, he stopped in NYC where he and Rhett met running in similar circles. The two have a history of both drug use and the occasional sexual encounter.

The people in the other car in the accident were Gabe, his wife, and youngest son.

He had been sneaking into the Son of Silence’s clubhouse/Reaper Auto building at night to sleep off the streets and using their tools under the radar to fix up his car in the process. Cole found him and, after giving them a chance to explain, offered them a place to stay and a job.

Whether or not there were others in the rooms wasn't a thought that crossed Mason's mind and even if it had, wouldn't have stopped him from blowing the air horn to wake up Wyatt from his sleep and despite being prepared for the sound his ears wanted nothing to do with it which was the only reason he hadn't held his finger down on it longer. Wyatt shot up at the sound of the air horn, the sheets wrapped around his legs tripping him up and causing him to stumble to the ground in the process. He groaned low at Mason's greeting, looking up from his curtain of unruly hair, unsure of how to take the wake-up call. Since officially becoming a prospect, he'd been made to endure plenty of embarrassing scenarios as a form of initiation, so he could only assume this would be one of them. Once he untangled himself and got dressed, he went up front to meet Mason, slipping his cut with the prospect patch on over his jacket. "What time is it?" he asked, rubbing his eyes. "And what are we doing?"
