continuing to draw murat's exes. there are so many, it's so fun. info under the cut.
younger me said that murat didn't have any romantic (if you can call it like that...) relationships after layla and older me thinks this is dumb af and doesn't suit murat's character at all. let's fight younger me i have a knife you have too so we're on equal terms.
so. theodore cantori. (theo for short in the text below but he doesn't like when people call him like that) 34 yo assassin from the house cantori. he was a funky energetic guy, did his job really well, but one day was caught and tortured. after that... ptsd, paranoia and the lowest self-esteem possible torment him every day. and he was still working after that. colleagues hated him, it was impossible to listen to him saying every 5 min that someone was watching them. also he was on good terms with cantori's talon, also a reason to hate him (cus why him and not me).
murat had only recently returned to the crows. he had stopped drinking and was trying to get back into work. his libido and romantic desires were also returning. and one night in a tavern he saw a guy, murat thought that he was really pretty but didn't know how to start a conversation properly. when the tavern was more or less empty, he finally approached him, saying hey and looking like THIS. theo saw murat too, and he thought murat was following him, probably wanting to kill him. so theo's answer was simple - fuck off. murat tried his best, but eventually left him alone. finished his drink and left the tavern. theo didn't let it go so easily and followed murat, pinching him in an alley with a knife to his throat. murat was calm, cus yeah he's definitely a crow. theo wanted to know what murat wants from him, why is he following him, who sent him, etc. murat explained that he found theo very handsome and would like to get to know him better. also know better sexually sorry i couldn't think of a funny euphemism. theo couldn't believe him. cus me??? pretty??? and you want me??? you're weird. but anyway they rented a room in the tavern that same night. and on other nights for a couple of months... their relationship was... i don't think you can call it romantic, but murat still found beauty and pleasure in it. yeah theo wasn't nice to him, rude. after these nights, murat would be bruised, his wrists, back and legs would hurt, but he liked it. he felt like... he needed it? idk this man isn't okay too. murat also thought that he was helping theo feel better.
until one day theo felt really bad. he wanted murat to meet him on the roof at night. murat came, and besides theo, there were two other crows, probably from cantori too. before murat made a joke about a foursome, theo immediately said that he was challenging him to a duel to the death. he can't refuse. and threw a sword into his hands. murat was like - the fuck? he tried to find out, and theo just started talking nonsense. he said to murat, that he knows that murat is an asshole and uses theo for his own very selfish reasons. he lies to him all the time - that he's beautiful, that he wants him, that he doesn't want to hurt him. murat is a bad person, he just wanted to make fun of theo. murat didn't understand anything, said that this is bullshit and that theo needs to calm down. he won't fight him. it made him even more angry. he shouted that murat WILL fight him. or you don't want to because i'm weak because you think you're better and stronger than me. and you think you're going to kill me because i'm nothing and you're everything. murat said he won't fight him and wanted to turn around and leave, but theo came at him. murat immediately realized that theo really wanted to kill him cus he was aiming for all his vulnerable spots. murat was defending himself and trying to reason with theo, cut him a couple of times. he just wanted to catch him off guard and knock him out. but in one of theodore's swings, murat's aim was off, and he stabbed him in the throat, even piercing his spine. (was it really an accident? or did his killer instincts just kick in? who knows.) he fell to his knees immediately, coughed and spat blood, looked at murat. then murat pulled the sword out of him, and he fell to the ground, bleeding. two other crows were overjoyed that theo had finally died. they laughed at him. murat asked them to be nicer cus theo was already dead. they also laughed at murat. murat was left with the body for a short time, he squatted down next to it. he wanted to say something, but the words just wouldn't come out of his mouth. and he left. these two guys later disposed of the corpse. the end!!!!!!!
