Celestial Lifeweaver by Luca Albrecht (Luca4rtist/Luca4rt)
So beautiful..
I can take him..
So I was playing on my alt account and yeeeah not touching comp on my main account ever
Most of my loses were either the dps lacking in picks, tanks overextending or just did not do anything about the supports.
There is only so many games I can remain optimistic in a single day without my hours of sleep.
89 hours on life weaver is insane bro /pos, what are some things you learned from playing him? I have 14 hours on him and it feels like sometimes he just isn’t good 🥲
Lifeweaver is a game sense character. The more you play the more you'll best understand his kit. I usually play Lifeweaver far back from my teammates on high ground. An advice I have is to not fully charge your healing blossom, it delays when the healing is received. It's best to keep the hp bar of your teammates on the same level to avoid losing them completely.
Another healing tip on Lifeweaver is that is okay to use life grip for some burst healing, just be sure to be wise on when to use it for more healing rather than moving them from being in a bad position or prevent them from dying to ults (Tracer's ult doesn't get countered by life grip, so be careful if your teammates had pulse bomb stuck into them. At that point, don't life grip because you'll be down to three and your team is forced to reset).
Lifeweaver's thorn volley doesn't have fall off damage and life grip reaches to 30 meters, play from far back and from high ground when you can. You can also use his ult to cover up the enemy's LOS or block a spawn door to force them to show up in the other spawn exit or just other entrances in general. So don't always place tree of life on to the payload.
There is a Lifeweaver setting that you HAVE to turn off. It cancels your charge of the healing blossom as the pedal platform is being placed. It makes charging your healing while setting your escape or using it to reach high ground to heal from a safe spot.
As for supports he is good with. Illari and Lifeweaver is good for massive healing output. Lifeweaver struggles being paired with Lucio and Zenyatta. Play Lifeweaver with heroes like Baptiste, Moira and Illari (just supports with massive healing output). Lifeweaver isn't good because of is healing, he is good because of his kit and how smartly it can be used. He isn't a support that should be pocketing tanks so don't play with a Mercy due to Mercy's utility being damage boost and pocketing dps to dominate lobbies.
I've been playing Lifeweaver since he was released in season four and still have much to learn from this character and better ways to use him. Though I hope that this helps!
Very good tips, OP!!
May I add a few tips on my own hehe?
I have close to 300 Hours on him and Tracer Ult - Lifegrip is a bit of a tricky one.
Lifegrip does cancel it, but the timing must be absolutely spot on for it to work! Once you have it down it‘s pretty easy to counter :))
Another little trick I like to use is his movement-Rejuvenating Dash to dash into-past enemies in a 1v1 to surprise them, get back some healing and either win the fight or get away easily if you combo it with petal. HIGHTLY SITUATIONAL THO!!
Also when youre low in a team fight and behind cover, side-dash into a wall to get some healing and jumpstart the support passiv heal, just to quicken that process.
Last tip is to always be aware of enemies ults! Niran‘s kit is super powerful but only if you use it well timed.
Lifegrip, Tree and Petal Platform can all counter and in the best-cases nullify multiple to almost all ults if used properly.
Thats is for now! Thank uu for having me 🌸
¡Felíz Navidad y que tengan un dia felíz!
Merry Christmas and have a happy day!
AMIGOS! I HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
I'M 100 HRS ON LIFEWEAVER!!!
New Lifeweaver goal, reach 200 hours on Lifeweaver before the end of 2024 when it comes up 💅
My Christmas gifts arrived early <3
I am so close to having 100 hours on Lifeweaver omg I can't believe it that I've almost played 100 hours on my favorite silly lil flower man 🥲

Hide your Hanzo's, I will rizz them and snatch yo Hanzo
tank main ?
I main support. Though when I started Overwatch I used to be a Cass one-trick until Lifeweaver was released. Been a changed man eversince.
A tank I play, though, is Sigma and Dva. I haven't gotten used to Zar and hopefully I'll be able to play Mauga without getting melted ☺️
Have you ever gotten POTG as LW and if so what does it feel like
I have gotten three POTG on Lifeweaver throughout the entire time of me playing as him. Most of them were double kills but it felt amazing to get the POTG on him. ☺️
Alright overwatch tumblr. Ask me anything. Idc if it's anonymous or not. I just want to respond to shit 🥺
I am the most sane support player in Overwatch, I swear
