Well it appears that we've found our man. Er, found our -- the killer is -- well, you know what I mean.

I suppose congratulations are in order. Francis successfully identified the killer and in the process won friends and influenced people. I am also pleased to announce that the MRA legislation has discovered many legal roadblocks that has put a stop to its passing...for now. The timing is enough to make me think these things are connected somehow.

Thank you all who participated. The murder of Jean Gray has been solved. And now...I have to deliver some bad news to her widower. And to get my stitches checked.

A loud clanging reverberated through the room as the pan met the sink. Moving away from the sink and averting your gaze to focus on the floor you’re met with charred remains of what was being cooked scattered, with splashes of grease, and a trail of old blood going to the door.

On closer examination you realize that the bloody patch on Matt's shirt isn't coming from a wound on his torso. It's coming from his bleeding nose and he's been using his shirt to staunch the flow.

You lay him down on the couch as his hands twitch and he mumbles incoherently. There's a bloody crease on his head, somewhere in his hair. You realize that someone hit him hard enough on the head to make his nose bleed.

"Th-there's..."

You stop in the middle of dialing for an ambulance. He looks desperate.

"Th-there's been...another murder..." His shoulders jerk; his eyes widen. "It was the same person who killed Jean! I'm certain of it!"

"There's no time," he snarls through gritted teeth. "It doesn't matter...midnight! Tuesday, March 20th! That's when you have to tell me...tell me your guesses about the culprit! It has to be 8 people..."

He's trembling. How did he get hurt?

"11:59pm, California time! That's when you have to get it in... there was a list right? A list of suspects! I wrote it up for you!..."

He's hurt badly...but this is still really important to him.

A sickening sound of wetness met the bottom of your shoes. The mirror doubles as a medicine cabinet, and the toilet keeps making an odd gurgling.
