I haven't written in awhile.

Sat in jail for 2 & a half months & not a single poem, thought or any writing.

Feel like I lost a good chunk of who I was before. Even though that chunk that was lost may not have been good, i feel it's gone.

I overdosed a few times in one week, I remember. & Was pretty much living to die, if any living was done.

I'm sober from amphetamines, heroin & Xanax. I still drink alcohol but that's a vice I feel I'll always choose to have.

My girlfriend saved my life a couple times, & I remember being mad at least once. Sounds fucked, I know.. Shit got pretty dark, yeah.

She's still with me, & I'm with her. She's my best friend & my girl. I love her.
