I felt myself start to turn, looking to Jude for his reaction—but Jude wasn’t here. I had left him behind. I had let him fall back into the darkness.

And it was like seeing Liam and Chubs climbing out of the tunnel alone all over again. It stole the breath from my chest.

Why is Ruby so shippable with literally everyone? Like Liam, Chubs, Cole, Vida, Brett, Olivia, Samantha, Mike, Clancy—even that one orange guy who smiled at her and died early… girl had chemistry with ALL of them 😭

I love getting a new obsession especially if it’s about a series with found family trope with kids who have some sort of weird ability and trauma and their leader is an introverted girl who is genuinely trying to keep them all safe. Oh and the government is after them.
