Marie grit her teeth more at his remark, she could swear she could hear her own molars grinding. Her knuckles were bruised and bloody and she was sure there were countless bruises and scratches along her body as well. She wasn’t going to reply to him, she was far to focused on getting the creep to shut up. And she was fairly sure what she had gotten herself into. There was something wrong with this guy, that blow to the head should have knocked him out cold. She couldn’t help but get this feeling that maybe he was something more than human. As the candlesticks matched up with the legs of the table her brows furrowed together and her nostrils flared. She wasn’t going to scream for him. And she definitely wasn’t going to stop. As he swung one last time she ducked beneath it and swiftly turned around, looking to his slightly exposed turned body she slammed the candlestick across the back of his neck.
He thought he had heard a movement in the back and if that was true, with the condition he was in the two of them against him would be very bad. as they continued to fight he could feel himself getting worse, he may be strong but that many blows to the head... it wasn't going to be good. He was also shocked that she managed to last this long, he grabbed her around the neck and threw her down to the ground kicking her a few times in the chest and stomach and the last in the head, when he turned slightly to grab something to kill her with he felt another blow to the back of his head, his eyes were starting to fog, his ears were ringing he knew he needed to get out of there or he would be the one day, how the hell was he not able to kill her. He turned around and punched her in the stomach once more before walking to the door "You are fucking lucky!" he hissed at her, now that he knew where she was, he would surly be back, maybe on the full moon. He opened the door and walked out slamming it behind him.
