“Printing my images onto plastic paper so the ink never quite dries, I then uses water and chemicals to transform the surface of the prints, abstracting and blurring them as if the scenes are melting away.”
Art by Kiyoshi Saito (Japanese, 1907-1992)
once again…
Frédéric Fontenoy’s slit scan photography series Metamorphose. It’s beautiful in the most eerie way. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Terrain by Sapna Reddy Photography Via Flickr: The Utah Badlands make you feel like you are on a different planet. Until you look closely and see the squiggly lines, like someone dropped giant hair and then you realize those are the tracks made by ATV’s. Both the miniscule nature of humans as well as the catastrophic impact they leave on the terrain depicted at the same time. For now lets ignore the negative, and focus on the positive light. Have a wonderful weekend.

Out Now - (Im)permanent (Poetic Abstraction): Here
.
What is the nameless echo of the things that are temporary in nature but also exhibit a small particle of perpetuity?
Feel free to roam , after all the earth is ours (shared: equally or it should be if it's yet established justly) -
