(Rory Culkin, 35, he/him, male) Is that Avery Moore? It seems it is! I’ve heard they work as a/an Music Producer and have been in town for five months. They seem to be Outgoing, friendly & loyal but also Hot-headed, selfish, & stubborn. When I see them I’m reminded of Leather jackets, band t-shirts, black nail polish.
Avery was raised by loving parents but from a very young age he suffered from bullying, it didn't help the fact he never met his mom, as she left him with his dad and his dad's partner, despite being loved and cared from, Avery always felt like something was mssing. That and the bulling he suffered caused him to have rage issues.
His dads did everything they could to help, got him the porper care, and taught him how to deal with the anger:Music, his biological father was a musician and the taught Avery everything he knows today.
Avery went on the become a music producer and play in some local bands here and there, everything was going well, until...
He met someone, Avery was not the kind to care much about love, but he really did fell for her... little did he know she didn't exactly felt the same and after 3 years Avery foud out she had been cheating.
Angry and heart-broke, he left everything behind and come to Grandview,in hopes he can get over his ex and start over, but things aren't as simple as the seem, Avery is starting to feel it come back up, the rage he took so long to get rid of...
"You're why the anger stigma follows you lot around, aren't you mate? Nobody's askin' you to fill the role for them. Chill." AJ would do it for him, otherwise. And it wouldn't be pretty. "Entertaining scenes though, gotta say. I've buried people alive for less than your cuntish attitude, so maybe drink up, and back down."
It's the final warning, really. If AJ can hear this guy from the booth across, he's ready to knock the bloke into Saturn for failing to get his ranting in check. Astor's not been watching, but he's sure he's bitten the head off every Infamy-goer that's strolled by.
AJ greets it with a devilish grin, instead. Not apprehension. God-king's don't cower. Not to feral beasts, trying to fit in. He's got half a mind to call his local girl and sit her down opposite this guy; educate her in the unruly, tell her she's going great in all her bitey glory because look the heck at this fucking guy. "What are you fighting, the ghosts?"
"Oh great," Avery sighs, there was no way in hell this was gonna end well, the wolf was so restless, saying anything to him was the same as poking a bear with a stick, "And what do you know about us lot?" Avery turns to the other, this was not good, he neded to walk away, "Look, man, the last thing I need is a loud mouth asshole, 'cause you see, I'm a loud mouth asshole and this is a small space for the both of us so fuck off, if you don't want a problem, got it?" as the other went on, tough, the wolf raises an eyebrow, "Are you are threatening me? chose you words carefully. I'm not scared of you, and really do not fucking like being threatened."
He looks over the girl who takes a sit opposite for him, before focusing back on the other guy, he's really not sure what he hell is going on, "you could say so, but I don't see how this is any of your fucking business so..." he gestures with his hand as to tell the other to leave, "Kindly fuck off, okay?"
reaching to shake his hand, she gave him a slightly awkward smile at the gesture before she's turning the charm on. "life of the party huh? what's got you so down? you seem like a great guy & I mean that from the bottom of my heart." she stated with a genuine smile, as she sat next to him.
"well avery, how can I help make your pity party better?" she asked while trailing her hand along his shoulder, and smiling as the other rested against his chest. while there was always an air of caution with clients, vira also knew it was in her right to defend herself especially if her customers were supernatural. and while he seemed nice enough, didn't stop her from observing him.
"Yup," Avery says with a nod of his head, as he watches her sit next to him, maybe this night wouln't end so badly after all, "I'm a musician, we tend to party hard and get in trouble," he half jokes, there had been times he landed himself into some hot water, but his older brother for sure would take the cake on the whole living the rock and roll life type of thing. "And how would you know that?" Ave aks leaning a bit closer to her, "Was it the big blue eyes? Don't let those fool you baby."
"Huh..." his eyes fall on her hand on his chest, for a second he thinks about his next move, maybe he's acting a bit like an ass, but he knows, deep down he's not one, he doesn't want to cross any boundries, "I guess I could tell you," he says, for now just watching her, "But I think you may already have something on your mind."
Another night, another club -- this one less dark, less brooding, less.. Well, filling. Drink in hand, Aria tries to parse out whether she likes the taste of it or not. It's strong, sour, sweet -- but somehow bland compared to the irony, metallic taste of what she really craves. She finds herself going back and forth on whether or not it's something she'll be coming back to.
She overhears someone - they're calling attention to themselves by their outburst, and the one they're talking to sheepishly exits stage left. Aria's curiosity gets the better of her, especially smelling that.. beast smell that's so prevalent in the place she lives. Tilting her head, she regards him as if he might hold some sort of secret -- Maybe not, she decides finally.
With a sip of her drink, she sits across from him. "I heard this place was the club to go to get laid. Didn't think people came to nag. Having troubles with that?"
This was really a bad idea, why didn't he just grab a bottle and went to park? the beach? the woods? anywhere he could be alone, but being alone was also dangrous, his head just would't let him rest, that's why he was here, the noises would drown some of it.
He turns as he hears the voice, though he's so in his mind he doesn't pick on anything...not human about the girl, right away, "I just come for the drinks," Avery says showing her his glass, "They nag because they care, but I'm just really not in the mood. I don't need to be babied," he pauses for a second, just looking at her, "I don't have a problem gettin' laid, would have less of a problem if my friend didn't decided to fucking...nag me," he shakes his head, taking a sip out of his drink, "How about you? if you're trying to get some you shouldn't waste your time with, drunk assholes," he meant of course himself.
"Nothing like a grown man shouting you're not my daddy to convince a stranger he's okay, am I right?" Even through his snark, Kingsley smiled down at the other man before sitting next to him with a glass on his hand. "The thing is, this is my nightclub and you're cursing at my clientele, which, lucky for you, makes this my problem," he poured himself a drink and toasted his new friend. "So why don't you go ahead and tell me what's making you so angry?"
"Okay, first of all, I did not call you daddy" Avey says, though there's clearly some amusment in his tone of voice. "Well, I wouldn't have too, if ya'll just leave me the fuck alone, now wouldn't I?" he lets out a sigh, he doesn't like to come off as the asshole, but things have just been... hard lately to say the least, it was like he had become a tottaly different person, one he doesn't care much for, "ain't I a lucky man?" he teases, again with the same amused tone as before. "What's makin' me angry?" Avery actually chuckles at that, "That's be million dollar question, my friend..."
"Got an hour?" he jokes, though it was a long story, and he just didn't know he could just start to blab about it like that, "Noting you haven't seen or heard of bedore, I bet, To shorten it up? I'm just an asshole with a broken heart, I guess."

"Look, I do not wanna fucking hear it, alright?!" God he was tired, yet instead of going home and resting here he was, drinking in a loud place, like all of this could drown his toughts, and like he had been doing pretty much every night, "you're not my fucking parent so shut it!" Avery sighs, shaking his head, "If you want to sit and drink feel free to do so, but don't you fucking nag me with your worries, alright? I told you I'm fine. Okay?!"
Once upon a time he used to enjoy reading. Spending hours at a time reading a certain book. Fantasy especially vampires seemed to be his favorite, which was ironic nowadays. He walked down the aisles staring at the books. None of them were appealing to him. Maybe they lost their touch with him.
Or maybe he was just thinking about the wrong books, what was the point of reading about supernatural creatures when you were one? He sighed shaking his head glancing around the store he noticed someone near him and walked up to them slowly,
"Excuse me," He says gently, "if you were going to recommend a good book which one would it be?"
Maybe it was best to cultivate his mind, rather than going around killing brain cells drinking himself silly everynight, that's how Avery had found himself here, this was silly though, he knew he wasn't going to be able to focus, there was only one thing on his mind. Haven't left since that night, 5 months ago.
"Huh?" he looks over a the other, "Oh! I don't know man, it depends, what are you into?" he pauses with a little smile, "Bookwise, I mean, of course."

making her usual rounds, the affliction of her fellow 'peers' wasn't lost on vira. she was used to being surrounded by strangers; having to make some kind of connection to the city residents. being a hunter, she was capable of taking care of herself; of course, by not telling anyone who she really was that is. with the night hitting it's peak, she approached the new face she hadn't seen before.
"you look like you could use a drink, is this your first time coming here? I know it can be a little overwhelming, but i'm vira!" she greeted with a smile on her face, as the nightlife was very much her scene.
Avery was, in all honesty, trying of feeling sorry for himself, this pity party was starting to be a little too long, but what else was he to do? starting over wasn't as easy was one would think, especially when you've left so much unfinshed business behind.
He turns as he hears the voice, "That noticiable, huh?" he smirks, "Sorry, baby, usually, I'm the life of the fucking party, but I'm having a bit of a--Self-pitty moment," he smiles a little, reaching out his hand for her to shake, "I think it's my first time here, yeah, I'm Avery."

When Avery become a teenager thats when his troubles started,in his old pack he was always seen as the weakest, the "late bloomer" as they called im,( took his wolf side longer to manifest), he'd do his best to ignore the comments, Ave knew eventually his time would come, but then things a school started to get complicated as well, Avery was a small kid, an easy target for the bullies, this along with the presure from his pack, caused a shift in the boy, the happy kid always with a smile on his face started to become angry with the world... and then, then that side of him that had been hidding for so long, finally woke up, Avery was now a full wolf with all that comes with it...
Fights at school were different now, Avery had an advantage, a type of strenght kids his age aren't supposed to, the problem was, he couln't stop. All that rage was bottle up for so long... some of the bullies did end up in the hospital, Avery was kick out of school.
His family did his best to teach him how to deal with being a wolf and how not to let the rage control him, it took a while but eventually he learned how to control himself, his love for music play a big part on that, whenever Ave was upset, he'd pick a guitar and it was like all the rage melted away. And so he recoverd part of the hapinnes he tought he had lost.
From that point on, Avery was a normal young man (wolf aside), he went to college, studied music, began playing guitar for a local band, an when he least expected , it happened, Avery fell in love, she was everything he ever wanted, even if he didn't know he wanted it, before her, romance, relationships were really not something he cared about, but she made her way into his heart... only to end up breaking it.
Avery started a relationship that lasted 3 years, he was even thinking about asking her to marry him...and then he found out all that time his girlfriend had been cheating on him, he lost it, all the control was out the window, all the efford he had put in during almost half of his life, gone, just like that.
One night Avery was at a bar, all he could think of was how heart broken he was, he forgot someting very important...it was a full moon. As soon as he realized this, e left the bar, trying to get himself away from the innocent humans, but it was too late, he lost it, next thing he remembers is fighting for control , Avery come to just as he had attacked a man, the man was laying on the floor, bleeding so Avery run...unable to face what he had done, he picked up his things and left, thats how he got to Port Leiry.
'It's been five months and 'till this day he doesn't know what happened, if the man survived, if he become a wolf or...
This was really bad. He wasn't even sure if Willow had noticed him at this point, he tried his best to stay out of her way, but the diner didn't have much of a place to hide.
She probablly hated him by now, "that's not how i wanted that to go,that's now how she should found out I'm back," me mutters to himself, it was very clearly the amount of anxiety the man was on, it wasn't just Willow, being here with her, it was the full moon, the effect of it was getting stronger and stronger and he didn't know what to do. At this point, he was about ready to crash trough a Window and save everyone.
"Fuck, I need do get the fuck out of here!" He mutters again to himself pretty much cowering in a quiet corner of the diner. Suddenly he hears footsteps, last thing he wants is to deal with anyone right now, "Leave me alone!"
"Just--Fuck" as he looks up, though, it's like it all stops for a second, "Willow?" Avery asks, unsure how to feel, maybe her being there would help, maybe not, She was probablly mad he had broken up with her and now showed up without a word, "I..." There was not much more he could say, everything was just... Too much.
Beau absentmindedly tapped his fingers against the side of his mug, his gaze fixed on the swirling snow outside. He loved his little brother more than almost anything, but right now, he’d rather be in bed with Jay, warm and far from this storm. The snow was relentless, and Beau wasn’t sure how much longer they’d be stuck here.
Beneath his skin, the transformation magic thrummed—a steady, insistent reminder of the full moon’s pull. It made him uneasy. If they stayed here too long, the risk of turning in such a public place loomed large, and he couldn’t let that happen. He wouldn’t put anyone in danger.
The flickering candlelight gave the room a cozy, almost peaceful atmosphere, despite the storm outside. Beau glanced around at the others, then back toward the window. A wry smile tugged at his lips as he spoke. “Do you think the fur would be enough to keep me warm out there?” he mused, his tone carrying a mix of humor and tension.
Avery didn't know what to do. He was kinda stuck here, but he was a new wolf, kinda stuck here, with a brunch of people with a full moon coming was not gonna work... He needed to get out, now, before it was too late!
He had noticed something about the other sitting close to him, a smell, almost like it was... Familiar, not that he knew the guy, just... Something he couldn't explian.
"I'm... Not sure..." He frown, what the hell does he means by that? "I'm willing to take the risk though..." He decides to try, seems this person knew exactly what he was feeling, "I can't... Be here for much longer...it's not safe..."
After the events that had happened at the clinic, Micah and Baylie had agreed to meet to talk things out. It was probably best that they did it in public, not that she thought anything bad could happen, but who really knew? The thought of bringing Kian with her crossed her mind. But, with the weather the way it was and not knowing how Micah would react, she decided it was best to keep him at home with the nanny.
The thought about cancelling on Micah had crossed her mind, as she was on her way. But she wanted to try to make an effort, even though her head was telling her to do otherwise. She walked in, glancing around for the man before glancing back outside at the weather, grimacing. Even if Micah didn’t show up, at least she got a good meal. She wasn’t even sure if she would make it home, but she could go to the clinic for a bit waiting for the storm to pass.
“I wonder if this place has alcohol,” she muttered, more to herself than anyone else. It could at least ease her anxiety a bit.
Avery knew coming in here was a very bad idea, but it was not like he had much choice, the strom was getting pretty bad outside and he needed to get out before it got even wrose...but now he was gonna get stuck and that was even more dangerous, maybe not for him but for everyone around for sure!
He truns to the voice as he hears it, "Oh..." It takes a second for his brain to start working, over how worried he was, "I'm not really sure, sorry, I don't really drink..." He looks over at the Window before turning back to her again, "This will blow over soon, though..." He says, meaning the strom, but to be honest, he's not sure if he's just saying it to try and calm himself down.
This was probablly the dumbest idea he had... But of course as soon as he arrrived in town the strom started to brew, it got so bad, Avery had to look for shelter, the golden spoon... This was really not a place he wanted to be at, Willow had no clue he was there. No One did to be honest, and well... Seemed like a full moon was coming and in his... Recent condition this was really bad, to simply put it, Avery needed to get out. Now before it was too late!
The problem was, some of the people at the diner werent letting others out, the strom was too dangerous.... Funny, if he stayed there, they'd be in even more danger. So he dediced to rush over to the bathroom and look for an escape, of course he could force his way out, but there was no tell what an already on edge wolf would do if he got even more angry.
As Ave was rushing into the bathroom someone was coming out, causing him to bump on them, he looks up ready to chew the other out, "Hey! Can't you see where you---" he stops once the recognized the familiar face, well fuck! "Jesse...I..." Avery looks around before turning back to his friend, "I need to get out of here now! It's...we're all in danger if I don't!"
FULL NAME: Avery Graves-Moore
SPECIES:Werewolf
AGE: 35
DATE OF BIRTH: 29/11/1989
GENDER IDENTITY: Cis Male
NEIGHBORHOOD: Downtown
OCCUPATION: music producer
Avery was left in his biological father and his husband’s care when he was only a baby, being the result of a one night stand, Avery’s mom never felt like she was fit for the role and so she tracked Avery’s dad down and left the baby with him.
Avery lived a very happy childhood making no distinction between his biological father and his partner, to Avery they were both dad, both his own flesh and blood. Despite this, there was always something troubling the boy, he was loved, cared for, yes, but in a way, he felt unwanted, because he could never understand his mother’s actions, and the fact she never tried looking for him, check on how he was doing, even after many years, refusing any contact left Avery with this opened wound he hasn’t been able to fully close. It was when he reached his teenage years the problems began, while Avery was always a sweet, kind person, he also struggled with impulse control and anger issues, due to the never knowing his mother and her side of the family, but also this being something that runs in the family as his father struggled with the same problems.
Avery would get in fights at school he couldn’t stand being bullied and would never back down when someone was not nice to him, also defending those who were bullied, though mostly this was an excuse to let some of the rage out. Avery’s parents did their best to help him trough this issues, while one would sit down and talk to him, teaching him how do deal with all those feelings, the other would help him find a way to gain more control of those impulses trough music…and that’s how Avery fell even harder for it, latter becoming a music producer and playing guitar in a friend’s band.
One day, Avery discovered Raven's Peak. He had travel to meet a musician he was working with and decided to make a road trip out of it. On his way back home, feeling tired and sleepy, Avery looked for palces to spend the night, Raven's Peak being the nearest town, 'till this day , he doesn't know how to explain it, but it was as if it just called out to him...
So much so he ended up moving there, maybe this was exactly what he needed, a small peaceful town, where we could just focus on writting his music...
He stayed in Raven's Peak for about 8 months, things are going great for Ave, he had made new friends, found old ones he didn't even knew were there and had recently starting dating someone he really cared about... Then tragedy happened.
Ave got a call from his dads saying his grandfarher was very ill, they didn't know how much time he had left, and so Avery decided to go be with his family for however long that was. Since he didn't know for sure what would happened, how long he'd be away or when/if he'd ever come back, because his family was gonna need him, he decided to say his goodbyes to everybody at Raven's Peak, he felt it wasn't fair to keep them waiting on him.
After the passing of his grandfarher, Avery decided to stay on his home town, at least for while.
But then... Tragedy struck again...One night Avery had been out with some friends and as he had been drinking he decided to walk home, it wasn't that far, anyway. As he was walking near a wooden road, a creature come out from behind the trees and attacked him, Avery doesn't remember much, just that he woke up some time later in a hospital bed, unsure how he got there.
It didn't take long for Avery to realize what had attack him wasn't a regular wild animal like everyone seemed to think... He had become angrier, he'd lose his temper for no reason at all, he was making animal like sounds... Avery himself, was now the wild animal, and there was only one place he could think of to go where he'd be understood and where maybe , hopefully he'd find others like him.
"I'd say your every day clothes are more Axel-coded, n' your uh.." What would they call a night like this? "Spiffy.. stuff, is more Nate-coded." Either way, the young man clearly had his fathers' influence in him.
The affirming nod from Jesse came off more grave than excited. It was good -- great, even -- but it didn't save the man from the internal guilt there, from having officially given up the search of her and then days later, there she was. "No," now he shook his head. "She had no idea.. she just, moved here.. the other month or so, I guess? Opened that new ice cream shop downtown. And I happened to see her closing up shop one day." It all still felt so surreal and insanely mundane, to suddenly happen upon the woman like she was any other face on the street and stop to do a double-take. But that's what happened -- there had been no emotional, made-for-TV reunion where they ran to each other with open arms. Instead, he'd fucking fainted. "Yeah.. that's what we're doin', I guess, it just feels.. insane.." Jesse wasn't sure how to explain how he felt. "I spent like, fifteen years mad at her for leavin' only to find some fuckin' bloodsucker took her off n' kept her forever.." So now all that bottled up anger and upset with her, had nowhere to go within him. It couldn't be taken out on her. "It's hard to believe she's real n' alive," he confessed, softly. "I was.. really thinkin' the worst, towards the end there." Jesse's stare dropped to the floor and he suddenly reached up to move aside his mask briefly to wipe under his eye suspiciously. It was pulled back down just as quickly.
"Listen, it ain't my fault," Jesse claimed, swallowing over a lump on his throat and trying to laugh it all off, "your girl is more of a dude than I am. She'll kick my ass for just sayin' that." Of course, he was only joking. What he meant was, Willow was very tough tomboy, and the idea that she'd come sporting a dress and wanting to dance around... He couldn't even picture that yet.
"You know what we should do?" Avery grins at the tought, "Take a selfie together and send them, they should see how great we look, plus I bet the miss and would love to see you all put together," he grins, Jesse wasn't just a friend, his best friend, Avery's dads would think of him as part of the family and many times they had made sure whatever plan they had would also include Jesse.
"Woah, that's-awesome!" while Jesse was probably struggling with all this, it was a lot, Ave was once again thinking how funny destiny was, sometimes you have no clue but you are in the right path, "I mean, how she just ended up here, that's like...meant to be," he nods, "I know, it's been a long time, so it's going to be hard for you both, so like, baby steps?" honestly he got it, Jesse looked for his sister for so long and for her to just end up here was in fact insane the good kind of insane, but still. "A vampire? shit man, I'm--that's fucked up, but she's not--like.... she's still? her...right?" which was his way of asking if she was truned without actually having to ask, "It's not your fault for being mad, you know? most people would. You had reasons to believe she left you, I'm sure she doesn't blame you for for it," he says, reaching over to gently squeeze Jesse's shoulder.
"And you know what? I'd let her," Avery laughs, patting Jesse's back, he knew he meant to harm by what he was saying, "I know she'snot the kind to--well dance around in a pretty dress, but I guess this place also has the fairy tale touch from the stories she likes so much. But wait, how about you? no date?"
