What are the survival, strategy, and combat capabilities of each character? I am aware that in a fight there are many factors involved, such as terrain, personality, intent, and weapons. But if you put a number from 1 to 5 (1 is low, 5 is high) to each character in these things, what would be their bases? You can add other things such as negotiating skills, knowledge, morals (Definitely Seth and Boss has this at a very low level XD), honor, and cunning.
Hi! Thank you so much for the really interesting question! While your question is regarding each character in the game, I’m going to take the liberty of narrowing it down to the main characters and Boss, if that’s all right! That’s because the whole game has like 25 or more characters, so we would be here all day otherwise, haha.
5 in survival, 4.5 in strategy, 4.5 in combat. Let’s face it, if she scored any lower, Boss would probably kick her out of the organization.
As for other things, hmm, probably like 2 in negotiating, because she seriously lacks people skills, but she’s had training on negotiating, and most importantly, her blank mask and lack of emotion makes her a scary negotiating partner because you can’t read her thoughts and she’s intimidating to deal with. Knowledge is a funny one… She knows a ton about the topics that she is supposed to know for missions, but other than that? Nope. Nothing at all. She either knows everything about a topic or nothing at all. So maybe a 2.5? Morals is probably a 1.5. Honor… 2? Maybe? I’d say a 4 in cunning.
3.5 in survival, 4.5 in strategy, 3 in combat. Among the aristocrats in this game, August probably has the best base stats for these skills, since they are super fit from doing a lot of sports / exercise outdoors, and they’ve also found themself in all sorts of misadventures before, even some dangerous ones, so they’re more used to handling themself.
4 in negotiating (but very much depends on who they are negotiating with and how serious they are about this matter). 4 in knowledge (but a 5 in music knowledge), 4.5 in morals, 4 in honor, 2 in cunning.
2 in survival, 4.5 in strategy, 2 in combat. Having had the typical education of a Victorian era middle-class lady taught by a governess, she was definitely not brought up to deal with situations like this. However, since she’s become in charge of the orphanage, she has started learning how to handle herself, particularly in combat, because she knows she needs to be able to protect the children and herself. She just began training herself though, so cut her some slack!
3 in negotiating (she’s a bit too hot-headed and stubborn to give in), 5 in knowledge, 5 in morals (obviously), 4 in honor, 2.5 in cunning.
2 in survival, 4 in strategy, 1.5 in combat. He’s basically a typical aristocrat who’s never been in danger or even in a proper, serious, life-threatening fight all his life. But he can shoot a gun because of hunting, so I’ll give him a 1.5 instead of a 0.
5 in negotiating (he can be really charming and persuasive if he wants to be), 5 in knowledge, 4 in morals, 5 in honor (to his family and as an aristocrat), 2 in cunning.
5 in survival, 2.5 in strategy, 5 in combat. He has been in the organization all his life and trained since he could walk. He’s very strong in combat, but he just doesn’t care enough about planning and figuring out strategies no matter how many times Boss tries to teach him — definitely a jump in heads first with fists kind of person.
Like a 3.5 in negotiating, 4 in knowledge, 0 in morals, 5 in honor and 5 in cunning. Is anyone even surprised?
5 in survival, 5 in strategy, 4 in combat. She used to be at the top of her game, like 5 in everything, but she’s slipped a bit in combat skills since she’s taken a more leadership role at the top of the organization and managing everyone rather than going out on dangerous missions herself.
5 in negotiating, 4.5 in knowledge, 0 in morals, 4.5 in honor and 5 in cunning.
Noira, the Rough Collie dog (of course this is the most important one):
5 in survival (dogs must not die), 5 in strategy (strategy of cute puppy dog eyes), 5 in combat (well, who would want to be bitten by a dog). 5 in negotiating (the power of puppy dog eyes), 5 in knowledge (knowledge of how to be a good dog), 5 in morals (dogs are pure), 5 in honor (dogs are super loyal to owner!!) and 0 in cunning (dogs are innocent and pure).
10/10 best character in game.
