You cannot take from this if you do not give up something. The push/pull is always on, and nothing will ever be enough at the end of the day. This isn’t some profound thought, it’s the truth. One day it calls upon everyone to make a choice, and we all know the small sacrifices we make to do what we do. Everything revolves around the iron. I’m exhausted. Not really in it right now. Burnt out. I’ve taken my time off and ate like shit to the fullest. I haven’t skipped the gym, but I haven’t really been there. But, we’re about 6 months out. It’s time to start the machine up again.
