i actually feel prettier when im dreased down like when i wear simple clothes that makes me look good and barely wearing make up.
I'm laying in my bed that faces tall windows that overlooks the condo buildings. I can see different windows, some with lights still open and some with lights out. All of these peope that lives in these rooms living their own lives with different stories. Sometimes i feel overwhelmed realizing these simple things. Facing a little more to the left i can see the whole city that almost makes me feel infinite. There is something about seeing city lights that makes you feel something. Hope? Happiness? Longing? these feelings coming down to you all at once. They say magic is strong in nature but there's something about the city at night that will make you feel that the magic here is as strong. Maybe i should stop babbling ans sleep already. Good night everyone.
my mom taught me the therapeutic power of cleaning. open all the windows. throw out the old. wipe down the entire house. burn some incense. roast some coffee. then rest. that way the tears from last night don’t feel as heavy.
how to get your dream body
each woman has a different body and different body goals, with this post my intention is to help you to be your best version, never compare yourself with anyone because you are unique and there are many forms of beauty 🤍
most important:
change of mentality: leave behind the excuses, the judgments, the comparisons, and the excuse of "genetics" if you commit to yourself you can change. be conscious, it is wonderful to look pretty but also do it for your health. if you are healthy you will be pretty.
exercise: exercise at least 3-4 times a week, if your goal is to lose weight focus on cardio but also strength exercises to tone up, and if you want to have a nice shape (no matter what body type you have!) focus on working your waist, hips and buttocks, but don't forget other types of exercises. remember, don't focus only on the result but enjoy the process! it's what will keep you motivated!
change of habits: improve your habits, eating, sleeping, create a routine not only for exercise but for everything you have to do in your day to day, start doing things that benefit you and your health, romanticize your life, start having a more positive mentality, motivate yourself with exercise, enjoy the process, if you don't like the idea of exercising daily change your mind about it always look for the positive, commit yourself to be your best version.
good diet: avoid junk food to a greater extent but it is important to eat healthy food, you don't have to follow any strict diet just change your eating habits to better ones, introduce clean food to your diet, drink a lot of water, replace soft drinks with juices, eat a lot of fruit, salads but don't forget the other foods! have a healthy and varied diet. if you find it hard to change your eating habits, do it little by introducing healthy food, and replacing it with unhealthy food. and remember never punish yourself for eating junk food one day, if your body asks for it one day it's ok, enjoy!
other things:
don't compare yourself: we are all different, don't try to have someone else's body, focus on improving yourself because you are the protagonist of your life, not someone else.
surgery yes or no?: this is a matter of each one, as long as it is to improve yourself and do not pretend to have the face or body of another person or follow fashion trends on social media, if you want surgery always keep your essence. we have different features, and different factions, and not all of us look good at the same things.
facial massages: the muscles of the face can also change! and we can train them, either with facial massages (always with moisturizer) to improve the appearance of our skin, lift the features we can also use tools for this as is the gua sha or quartz roller.
I'd rather go to nightclubs and wander through museums and have ugly walk-up apartment with some friends. I want to find someone to love and wait in line with on a cold night to see pieces of strange theater. I think I'd like the hustle of a city that's dirty and chaotic and poor and wealthy, that's chic and strange, where people are different from me.

Thoughts are an instant manifestation of your beliefs. Your feelings are an instant manifestation of your beliefs and self concept. Thoughts are from Beliefs. Feelings are from Beliefs. You believe life is dark, grim and that there is no purpose in this world = Negative thoughts/ideas = Negative feelings.
You are trying to bring in thoughts that aren’t in alignment with your self concept, that’s why it isnt working out. That’s why you have two great days, then crash for the rest of the week – That’s why your “self concept'” is on Mount Everest level one day, and rock bottom the next. Your self concept is who you are, so tell me, why is your self image fluctuating so drastically?
No matter how many times you affirm ‘loamaster27’s bad b*tch affs’ from tumblr, your true self concept will always be sh*t, because that’s not what you intrinsically believe you are; and you know that. Deep down, you don’t really believe you’re a bad b*tch, and you don’t really believe you’re beautiful either. If you did, you wouldn’t have let that person walk all over you yesterday, you wouldn’t ignore your boundaries, and you wouldn’t care what Dick, Tom, and Harry say about you.
Work on yourself, fix your self concept, grow some f*cking backbone and stop letting the same thoughts/conditioning f*ck you over again + again. TAKE RESPONSIBLITY. You truly do it to yourself. You know beliefs affect reality so why do you keep letting [yes, letting] negative self talk f*ck you over? Sure, maybe it isn’t your fault you were called ugly throughout middle school, but now it’s your responsibility now to deconstruct that conditioning. It’s easy to put the blame on others, but learn to take responsibility if you’re going to let it affect YOUR life.
