of course! all the art and writing for the projects i do will still eventually be publicly available for everyone to enjoy

the reason for the patreon is mainly that i've always taken at least 1-2 months to create everything for any given project, i just wait til it's ALL done before i post it. this just lets people see it the instant it's done

any assets, tutorials, and other stuff that isn't redesigns/rewrites will always be exclusive to the patreon, though

What should my next redesign project be?

I've put a lot of thought into it, and I've decided this will be Xenoredux's last totally free voting period. I'll let you know what's up later down the line.

The last of the work I'd finished for my 2020 Watership Down project. These were the last characters I "completed" before shelving the project, and they're also two of my favorites.

Little Pipkin and Captain Holly were the hardest for me to decide on both designs and color schemes for. I loved working on them, though. As you can see, we've got an expression sheet, a few explorative silhouettes, and some body variations. They were certainly a challenge to work with.

Some more main Watership Down characters from 2020. I really began playing with proportions here.

Here we have the "final" renders for Kehaar, Blackberry, and Dandelion as well as some more expressions, color explorations, poses, and silhouette explorations. I remember having used the mixer brush a lot when painting the rabbits; maybe I'll use a similar technique when I inevitably revisit this project.

More Watership Down 2020 work, and this time it's actually fluffy bunnies! There's going to be quite a few of the little guys.

Here we see the "final" renders of Fiver, Hazel, and Bigwig alongside a whole buncha stuff; color explorations, expressions, a turnaround, poses, etc. I'll admit I'm not entirely satisfied with how I chose to stylize the characters, but hey, I learned a helluva lot about drawing rabbits.

Remember my cancelled Watership Down project from 2020? Welp, I was going through my files, and I came across the snippet of work I'd made before abandoning it. Most of the work I did was character related, but, as you can see here, I'd completed some environment and prop work too.

Here we have the opening establishing shot of Frith making the world (I very much like the idea of the El-ahrairah stories being both monochrome and textured with pages from the real WSD book), graphical forest assets, takes on Fiver's vision of the bloody field, and silhouette explorations for the signpost foretelling Sandleford Warren's doom.
