I get here and realize everyone’s buggered off to Mexico which it’s like, yeah, I’m a bit jealous but it gives me some time to get me life together here without any stress of havin’ to make loads of plans. You’ll all just have to tell me about what it’s like and I’ll try to pretend I’m there. What’s been your favorite thing about it so far? Suppose there’s got to be some people left here that didn’t go as well and I expect you all to keep me company after I finish gettin’ me place in order. If I get too bored though, do you think I could have a helicopter drop me on the boat? That’d be quite the entrance, wouldn’t it?

Why didn’t you tell me your parents are so cute? You are so lucky, Ni. I bumped into them while out with Khai while they were walking the pups and we’re getting dinner tomorrow! Your mum adopted me. I am your sister now.

Gigi packed up Khai and the two of them went over to the salon. She was excited to just get some one on one time with Taylor. She smiled gently as she walked over to the beautiful salon. Khai looked eager too. “You happy baby? You’re gonna see Auntie Tay Tay!” She smiled and Khai immediately looked around.

Gigi laughed as the hairdresser began to work in her blond curls. “If there is a crabby person in town, I am sure I will find them when this town becomes a ghost town over the week,” she giggled. She ‘complained’ but GiGi didn’t really mind having the whole town practically to herself at all.

No, I Googled it and omnivert actually is a thing, but it is different from being an ambivert. I’m too drunk to understand right now, but it is. Well, as Man of Honor, I felt it was my rightful duty to make sure everyone showed up for Freddy and Amita. They’re my best friends and I knew you’d have a good time if you came. Well, thank you – that’s very kind of you to say. I am too. It’s amazing to see love blossom like theirs did. They deserve the world.

They really do and I can tell the love that they shared. I like to think that I didn’t need too much convincing but a little nudge out the door never hurt anyone did it? The fun thing is you guys are going on the trip today! I can come by with Khai to pick up the keys and stuff or you can just drop them off when you’re about to leave, whatever works!

yeah they really are and it feels we’ve come full circle given how involved they were in our wedding, freddy as my best man and amita was misha’s best woman. well let me tell you i know there will be a lot of coffee for me today and maybe the occasional feel better smoothie…

bella gathered one thing from gigi’s sudden interaction; she was hammered. of course, the brunette couldn’t blame her sister for getting drunk, as it was a night of celebration, but she was a bit worried. “ gi, slow down. ” bella giggled softly, her hands on her sister’s shoulders. “ liam isn’t my boyfriend. i don’t know what we are at this point, but that doesn’t really matter right now. i would love something to drink, but you should totally lay off the mojitos or whatever you’ve been downing. ”

bella takes gigi’s hand at walks them over to the bar, ordering a vodka - lemonade and a tall glass of water for her wasted sister. pulling out a bar stool, the brunette plants her best friend on it. “ you just sit, okay? sit and drink tons of water. ”

Gigi rolled her eyes with a smile smile. “Oh, Bella-relax. I’m fine!” She said but she did sit down on the chair as her sister had asked her to. She made a face. “I haven’t been drinking mojitos, Belli. It was…something else. But not mojitos. I know what a mojito tastes like,” she said with a small smile but she nodded. “Okay, okay, fine. I know that he isn’t your boyfriend but you should try to make that happen soon,” she said with a little smirk as she tucked a lock of Bella’s hair behind her ear. “Hey, Belli? You know I love you, right?”

Is it normal to be like…obsessed with your child? I keep chasing her around the house for a cuddle and all she wants to do is to point out the boxes that I should be unpacking. But, I say that it’s much too late to be unpacking. I know that it’s a long shot, but I do have friends here. Who’s going to help their favorite bestie unpack and drink wine? Please?

“Maybe a bit of a hair trim,” she chuckled with a smile as she ran her fingers through Khai’s hair. “I’m a bit nervous not knowing too many people at the wedding, but Misha practically insisted that I come,” she said, laughing softly. “It does feel nice to be included.”

I’m sure that it’s a combination of both things! Someone reading to you is the epitome of self care, I like to say. I hear you-I was always pretty extroverted, even as a kid. Have you heard of an omnivert? I know, I know-people come up with new words for things all the time but I actually agree with and like this one. It’s a person that’s an extrovert but needs their introverted time. I think that’s what I am and what you kind of just described! Of course you have to have your emergency contacts settled! That’s always important. Oh gosh, forgive me-it takes me a while to get used to someone’s humor sometimes. Really? That’s…a very noble trait to have. I’m a realist when it comes to things like that.

I suppose in some ways it is, yes. Omnivert? No. I’ve heard of ambivert, which I personally find relatable – I would say that as I’ve gotten older and grown up a little more, I’m about 50/50. I would say I’m an introvert-leaning ambivert… which seems like too many words to describe myself, honestly. You’ll come to realize that I have a pretty brusque, sometimes dry sense of humor. It’s not everyone’s favorite thing, but it’s very me. I wouldn’t say it’s noble, really. We all start at square one, right? That seedling of good is there from the start, but not everyone gets nourished and can watch it grow. Anyway, enough with the serious talk – are you enjoying the wedding? I have to say, this is probably the best wedding I’ve ever been to.

Oh, I would never take that away from him. I don’t blame him, having someone read to you is not something that should be taken for granted. And I am not here to intrude or anything like that. I hear you. I am an extrovert in that I get my energy from others but I suppose alone time is nice and much needed also. Nope! At least not actual heels, maybe the dress up ones? No, no-she wanted to match me in adult heels. She has a full closet but there’s always room for more apparently. I usually have my phone on just in case, I suppose. I would never call a child a ‘demon’. But I get what you mean and feel all children have some sort of innocence about them and all are inherently good.

It is nice to have someone read to you, but truthfully, I like reading to him. It’s adorable when he falls asleep listening to me – though I’m still not sure if it’s because he likes my voice or if what I read to him sometimes is boring. Maybe a little bit of both. I used to be a lot less extroverted than I am now, Jensen will vouch for that. But being around him and our other cast members all those years, I started to grow out of that. I love being around people, don’t get me wrong, but I need “me” time too. Oh, yeah, that doesn’t sound safe so I’m glad you were able to persuade her away from the heels. No one wants an ER visit. I have certain contacts of mine set as emergency contacts so even if my phone is on silent, if they call or text, it notifies me. Obviously when you have kids, you need to be vigilant in that respect. It was a joke – my kids are high energy but they’re far from demonic. There is definitely an innocence that comes with being a child and I think it brings out the inner child inside of us as parents too. I won’t say I haven’t ever met a kid who was far from well behaved and an absolute terror, but it doesn’t make them bad. In truth, I think everyone is inherently good and maybe that’s why I give people the benefit of the doubt far too often.

It is and I am very thankful I have a good relationship with her father and his partner as well. I love it! I couldn’t no, I didn’t want to leave anyway. I just had to keep going back to London for work so I never fully moved in but now all my London belongings are here and I’m an official resident. Wait, Khai as in your daughter, right? I didn’t realize she was old enough to show anyone around town. Rosie’s is good, so if you’ve been there you’ve been to the right place. I also really love Flow Lab Spa after a night out.

It was mostly just her pointing out her favorite places that we passed ha! That’s nice to have a place that feels like a permanent home. We actually visited Rosie’s today before my hair appointment and she really enjoyed that!

Liam felt so bad for what he had said. Just because he’s had a bad day didn’t mean he could tell someone else they weren’t parenting their child properly. What did he know? Yes, she was young but that honestly made GiGi even more impressive to him-that she could give her daughter a stable upbringing and have a career at the same time. He had arranged to meet up with the girl at one of the coffee shops in town just so they could talk together. He didn’t want any arguments or things left unsaid before he left for his vacation.

Liam nodded with a soft smile, feeling the leash pull in his hand a bit. “I know you worry about her-but I promise that I’m not here to take her away from you Or anything like that,” he said. “You guys must be very close, hm?” He said, taking a sip of his coffee and listening to what she had to say.

“We really are very close, yes. I don’t know how much you knew about our family situation,” she said with a soft blush. “But my mom isn’t the best. Bella and I only had each other to rely on growing up. She shoved us into the spotlight much too early,” she explained to Liam. “I just want to make sure she is protected-but now I see you are more than capable of that.”
