“I did. I figured that we could like fill it up with memories as we do stuff together. Whoa-those are three surprises. Wait, Belle-you didn’t get like…my name tattooed on your or something did you? Hell yeah, hun-we’re gonna watch that sun rise tomorrow and sleep just a bit late.”

“ no, i didn’t get your name tattooed on me, li! i got a little outline of a flame — i can’t show it to you right now, since it’s near more of a… private place, but i promise when we get upstairs, you can stare at it all you want. thank you for the bracelet, by the way. i can’t wait to fill it up with charms! watching the sunrise and sleeping in with you sounds amazing. we should go grab sushi, i’m starving. ”

bella sighs, the noise almost dream - like. the model was at ease; lounging in the pool with a friend, mimosa in hand, sunglasses perched on her nose. “ mish, i swear, i want to get married on this ship — no, i want to get married to this ship. i don’t think i’ve been this relaxed in ages & it is definitely getting to me. ” the model hums, taking a sip of the drink in her hand.

“ how are you and zayn doing? do anything fun? i have my whole schedule planned with liam tomorrow, so he’s going to be exhausted when i’m through with him. i heard they did rock climbing and i would have paid money to see that! ” the brunette giggles, taking one more sip of her mimosa before setting it down. turning to finally face him, bella’s happy facade fell a bit and she got a bit serious. “ how did you know you loved zayn? ”

“ at this point, you should let me plan our schedule tomorrow because there is so much i want to do! exploring the ship after sushi sounds fantastic, but sleeping afterward does not. it’s our first night at sea together & i may or may not have a surprise for you back in our room. so, sleep can come last on our list. ”

“Dude-you know I’m obviously joking. I don’t think we’re gonna be doing a lot of actual sleeping tonight, honestly with you and all of your surprises. Uh, I had a surprise for you too, actually. I was walking by the jewelry store downstairs and like there was really pretty charm bracelet. And I thought of you and stuff. There’s only, like, a bonfire one and a boat one on it so far cause those are the things we’ve done together.”

Going back to the room and falling asleep, obviously. We can do the waterslide tomorrow? It really does look like a lot of fun but yes, I think it’s best to just explore a bit after sushi. It’s kind of weird being on like a huge floating vessel in the ocean. It definitely takes some getting used to.

bella nodded, chuckling as liam planted a few more kisses to her lips. she made a mental note; always allow liam to be a dork & be one with him. there’s nothing better than goofing off with the one you love — or like. “ hey, no one is forcing you to hang out with me. i just have a certain charm, payne. it’s a hadid thing. ” the brunette grinned, flipping her hair over her shoulder.

watching liam’s body twist to the music slowly, bella giggles. “ you sure you don’t want to dance? we can dance for a bit and then grab a drink. ” the brunette offered, moving her body along with his.

“I’m not saying that you forced me but I think that we are both quite charming. And uh-it seems like it’s also a Hadid thing to go after British singers,” Liam chuckled, taking a bit of a step back in case Bella retaliated. He smiled as he tucked her hair back behind her ear as they danced together. “It is pretty nice to be on the dance floor, isn’t it?” he said, rubbing her side with an open palm softly. He was aware that his hand was calloused from guitar but hoped Bella didn’t mind. He smiled as he spun her around under his arm and then held her close again, against his chest.

“You wanna know what’s funny?” he asked and smirked to himself. Usually when someone said that you didn’t want to know. “I’ve only known you for like what…three days? Four? Or whatever-but I honestly feel like I have known you for a lot longer than that,” he admitted as they swayed on the spot and he held an arm around her. “Is it just me? And what does it mean?”

“ you are charming! it’s no wonder people fell head over heels for you during your xfactor & one direction days. having really nice eyes and that damn smile of yours is also helping your charm factor. ” bella replies, nudging him playfully. “ okay, gigi & i have a type. can you blame us, though? ” she adds, raising an eyebrow at him as they continue to dance together. the brunette enjoyed the feeling of his hand on her waist. bella giggles happily as liam spins her around, then holds her close to his chest.

“ mmm, do i? ” she asks playfully, squinting up at him. “ i’m kidding, i’m kidding. lay it on me! ” the model smiles, looking into liam’s eyes as he speaks, giving him her attention. “ no, it isn’t just you. i feel the same way. feels like i’ve known you for years, but it’s only been a few days. it’s strange, but i understand what you mean. ” bella replies, leaning up to kiss his cheek softly.

bella gathered one thing from gigi’s sudden interaction; she was hammered. of course, the brunette couldn’t blame her sister for getting drunk, as it was a night of celebration, but she was a bit worried. “ gi, slow down. ” bella giggled softly, her hands on her sister’s shoulders. “ liam isn’t my boyfriend. i don’t know what we are at this point, but that doesn’t really matter right now. i would love something to drink, but you should totally lay off the mojitos or whatever you’ve been downing. ”

bella takes gigi’s hand at walks them over to the bar, ordering a vodka - lemonade and a tall glass of water for her wasted sister. pulling out a bar stool, the brunette plants her best friend on it. “ you just sit, okay? sit and drink tons of water. ”

Gigi rolled her eyes with a smile smile. “Oh, Bella-relax. I’m fine!” She said but she did sit down on the chair as her sister had asked her to. She made a face. “I haven’t been drinking mojitos, Belli. It was…something else. But not mojitos. I know what a mojito tastes like,” she said with a small smile but she nodded. “Okay, okay, fine. I know that he isn’t your boyfriend but you should try to make that happen soon,” she said with a little smirk as she tucked a lock of Bella’s hair behind her ear. “Hey, Belli? You know I love you, right?”

“ gigi, you’re wasted. ” bella laughed, wrapping an arm around her sister’s shoulders. “ i don’t know what you’ve been drinking, but i do know that you need to get water in your system or else you’re definitely going to regret all of this tomorrow. ” the brunette added, kissing her sister’s cheek. bella was in her ‘protective baby sister’ mode & was going to do anything in her power to make sure her older sibling was okay.

“ liam and i are talking about that, but i’ll let him know your input, thanks. ” the model nods, giggling. bella pouted affectionately as gigi pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear. “ yes, jelly - bean. i know you love me, i love you too. ”

this was bella’s first public event with liam & she was a bit scared. no one knew about their situation or what happened between them; a night underneath the stars led to getting passionate between the sheets & promises that it wouldn’t be a one time thing. hell, even gigi didn’t know! though, the brunette was also relieved; she was finally happy with someone that truly understood her, someone she could be her total and complete self with. that hadn’t happened in a long time.

holding his hand gently as they walked into the reception, the model took in her date’s outfit; a navy blue suit & glasses. liam looked incredibly handsome. “ so, are we getting cake? are we dancing? sneaking off like teenagers at a party to make out? what’s the deal, payne? ”

You better get used to it.” It did reassure him enough to plant a few more kisses on her lips. It was then that the slow song turned into a faster one and Liam felt his body moving to the music, Bella’s hips underneath his fingertips. “You wanna grab a drink?” He asked, murmuring in her ear so she could hear him above the music.

bella can’t help but make a happy little noise at liam’s words, jumping slightly in her heels; she was falling hard & fast for liam, but that was okay with her. bella wouldn’t want it any other way. “ it’s always going to be me and you, li. nothing and no one can change that. ” the brunette replies, a playful roll of her eyes ensues when liam talks about charming a ‘stunning girl’ and his ‘empty house’. “ really? well, i heard that the stunning girl you’re trying to charm is so up for going back to your house. ” the brunette adds before accepting liam’s slow kiss.

bella’s hands creep up to liam’s cheeks, deepening the kiss between them, a little sigh leaving her lips as they continue like this blissfully, not caring about other people around them.
