Is it just me, or is it an interesting coincidence that the words "...I like you." appear in a white speech bubble but on the dark side of the face, while the words "I like you so damn much." (which sound a bit more obsessive, btw) are on the light side of the face? For some reason, it feels like the first phrase is spoken by the 'dead' Hikaru, who never got the chance to confess to Yoshiki while he was alive, and the second, in the black speech bubble, is from the monster that took his place.

But maybe, even though the monster says things that are far more terrifying to Yoshiki, his appearance is trying to soften the blow — because what Yoshiki sees is still the body of the real Hikaru from the past.

I only recently realized at what exact moment in the game the scene with feeding Curly his own leg happened (if it happened at all). In the hallucinations, we clearly saw this moment,

but only after rewatching a playthrough did I notice this detail.

Here's an interesting detail that many people overlook: we can almost immediately figure out who was the catalyst for the crash.

When the game starts, and we see the events unfold from a first-person perspective, we're sitting in the left seat.

When we stand up, it's also from the left seat.

At first, this doesn’t seem significant—until Curly conducts the psychological test, and we see which seat Jimmy occupies.

Additionally, I’d like to point out that when Anya hides in the captain's cabin with a gun, she sits next to the right seat, indicating that, on a subconscious level, she feels safer near the REAL captain.
