Work in progress: doing some embroidery again on Arrietty's flower hat!
Although the five petals aren't finished yet, I had to make the stem today.
First layers of thread around the metal wire plus linen fabric.
Trying out some backdrops in my living room.
Doing a small work in progress photoshoot gives me motivation to continue a project (embroidery is very relaxing, and sometimes a little boring after 80 (?) hours) ĂĄnd gives an opportunity to try out some stuff for future photoshoots.

Doll: Smartdoll Monday; green silk dress by Queenofsquids; I designed and crafted the rest of her outfit (yellow dress, petticoat, socks and hat).
Her flower hat is inspired by a lily called 'Viva la Vida'.
