How did you paint that tie dye hoodie denji wears? What was your thinking behind it? I've tried drawing/painting something similar and failed horribly

oh gosh it was a lot of trial and error, i made the base color pink and just looked at ken's hoodie in the movie + the official merch (they're slightly different but it's the only good pic of the hoodie in full) and basically copied the blue and yellow shapes of the tie dye! after that i went around the edges and did a little blending with purple and green where the colors bleed into each other

i use procreate so i just used a default brush from the paint tab!! i hope this explains at least a little bit of the process 👍
