{{~ Hello! it’s been a while, hasn't it? I was recently thinking about this blog again and was thinking... maybe i should reboot and revamp it, replace a few muses, clean a few things up, etc. The main Dark Rockman is currently on the chopping block for a reboot or getting replaced with a different au DarkRock, but im not entirely sure at the moment.

If it does happen though, if i have any unfinished threads with muses that i dont have around any more and you still want to continue it, I’ll still try to complete it if i feel up to it. //

Hub groaned, the strain was tight. Agonizingly tight. If he didn’t think fast he’d be torn apart, and that honestly wouldn’t have looked too pretty.

The two vines may have had Hub’s arms but they didn’t have his legs and honestly it was literally the only things left he could use as a saving grace.

Mustering up as much strength as he could Hub, without much of a plan, took off running. He rushed up a nearby wall and jumped off the side at an angle as best he could to try and get the two vines tangled in themselves.

“Let me go!” he yelled delivering a split kick into both of them.

Hub’s plan worked. The two got tangled up, their red eyes widening as they were kicked. But only one of them let go, it’s grip on Hub’s buster loosened and it scampered back to the red eyes. He watched unimpressed as the remaining vine noticed that the weapon was free and followed the first vine.

“Okay you two had your fun...”

“It’s my turn~”

There was a sound like a blade being drawn and a shadow burst out of the darkness with two giant scythe like blades replacing his forearms, aiming to tear through Hub.

Hub tried to dodge away once more. The first dodge worked in his favor. Leaping into the air only to be yanked back down by the vine that wrapped around his buster. “Nngh! What do you have to gain by attacking me!? When my friends find out they’re gonna find you!”Hub growled trying to pull his arm free from the vine.

“Amusement. And maybe hate~”

“Then what? Delete me? They’d have more luck doing anything else.”

The other vine burst out of the ground and copies the other by grabbing a hold on Hub’s other arm. There was a pause as the two vines glared at each other. Like two dogs playing tug of war, they started fighting over who should keep Hub trapped.

“Good grief...” He didn’t bother commanding the two to stop and just watched, actually curious on whether one would win or if a limb would tear off.

“Wow, what a wonderful show! I wonder what will happen next~”

Hub yelped. He didn’t expect the vines to gain in speed. He was dodging and diving away from the vines, once he thought he’d gotten enough space he aimed his buster and tried to shoot the vines.

“I’m not trying to get in your way! If you just want to look around you can do it with me around!” Hub yelled. The vines were surrounding him more and more but he continued trying to shoot them away from himself. The vines didn’t show any signs of letting up.

“Oh! I see.”

“You haven’t realized that I don’t plan to do this peacefully... Your mistake~” The two vines hanging around the shadows grow a singular red each and dash at Hub at faster speed than the others. One dives into the ground while the other goes to wrap itself tightly around Hub’s buster.

Noticing the vines Hub slithering their way towards him Hub had no choice but to jump back.

“I’m not in the mood to be tied up if you were trying to catch me off guard just now. Why are you here?” he demanded making sure to keep his distance from the creeping vines. This stranger. They seemed familiar.

“I’m just exploring pathetic worlds and seeing what pathetic creatures like you live there. Your little pocket here didn’t really seem worth it, but who knows what lies beneath the surface~” The vines pick up speed and launch off the ground, aiming to catch and constrain their target.
