My hc for the physical appearance of Tron vs Rinzler:
Tron is very tall while Rinzler is a small king [I'm thinking like... 7' compared to 5' lol]. But when / if he ever gets out of his restrictions imposed on him by CLU, Rinzler is monsterously tall instead.
... but speaking of height, when it comes to posture, Tron is always standing straight and in powerful, confident poses. Hands on hips, chin up and looking regal and all that! Whereas Rinzler is regularly bent and in terrible posture. Even when he's broken out of his restrictions, Rinzler is bent like an angle. He finds comfort appearing small but always seems ready to fight and rip someone or something to shreads. The guy is a nervous wreck.
Tron is muscular, sturdy, and well built. He can move swiftly and hits HARD with his moves. Meanwhile, Rinzler is far more lithe and nimble. He's like an underfed animal too, in that he's very thin and his cheekbones [& eyebags lol] are much more prominent because of it, as well. He moves insanely fast & still hits very hard, but his momentum & quickness tends to be what keeps him on top in all situations.
Though in greyscale, Tron's skin is darker than Rinzler's, again giving that sickly look to the poor guy Dx Probably has something to do with him always keeping his face hidden underneath his helmet, idk? Also, Rinzler tends to have more... visual noise over him. He's more than just a little glitched up, so it makes sense by all means
BUT, then Tron's hair is lighter than Rinzler's. No idea how this makes sense, but it balances out v well uwu. And Rinzler gets some fucked up aging going on where he develops white in his hair. It makes it pop even more eheheh
